The High Court (Lord Justice Eady) has already dismissed BB share forums as nothing but saloon bar chat and cannot to be compared to other forms of libel that is more permanent like magazines, newspapers and websites. Nobody posting here or on LSE chat will be standing trial at the Old Bailey for their comments.
