Professional shorting gangs, they slow instil a lack of confidence in a company using various methods & when the times right they will turn up and short the living hell out of it. This cycle is repeated over & over again. SYME is easy pickings for them as it's a new untested concept.

However, what you appear to be describing is fraud; in which case prosecution through the FCA or possibly the police is surely the right place to address this.Someone as connected as yourself must be able to see that is the best policy rather than lecturing at length here about caveat emptor
