07/4/2022 12:29 | Ramellous, yes, except that Open Offer was initially included in the route to investment 6 months ago. That is how I bought. In the current raise, there is no indication in the RNS about an Open Offer. They use the word "exclusively" in terms of Primary Bid in this case, outside of the Placement. | chucko1
07/4/2022 12:22 | The same questions were asked on here at the last fund raise 6 months ago.Primary Bid seemed to be the only way to subscribe for shares but soon enough ii etc put up a corporate action notification allowing an application for the subscription with them. I was in for some then and will be again unless I can get in at a lower dip price. | ramellous
07/4/2022 11:58 | It seems they ask for a debit card to fund the application. Cannot see how that could be substituted for ISA or, in particular, SIPP funds. But do let us know what they say - appreciated. | chucko1
07/4/2022 11:29 | Have just sent an enquiry to PB, asking about SIPPs and corporate accounts | williamcooper104
07/4/2022 10:26 | jonwig... sell and buy back incurs stamp duty; its very annoying that this wasnt open to exisiting investors. I added a few at 122.7 first thing but had to pay dealing and SD. | janeann
07/4/2022 09:57 | Yep - as per their business plan | williamcooper104
07/4/2022 09:37 | chucko- you can do it yourself without any broker help: sell and buy back. I used ii once to do a bed-and-isa, but the process was a disaster. It's too complicated to describe what they did, but I ended up with fewer shares than I had originally! | jonwig
07/4/2022 09:21 | There was a question a few months back (in the last raise) about some brokers being able to take PrimaryBid shares into ISAs. I suppose the funding would initially have to be done outside of the ISA (i.e. cannot use ISA cash to send to PrimaryBid), and the transfer of shares to the ISA would use available ISA allowance for that tax year etc. Anyone got any wisdom to share on this? What about SIPPs? | chucko1
07/4/2022 07:59 | Another fund raise – this one at 121p – previous three were at 115p (October 2021 for £200m) 106p (March 2021 for £153m) 104p (September 2020 for £200m) | metis20
07/4/2022 07:23 | but it seems jo public can only get them via primamry bid;..... useless if one wants them in an ISA/sipp | janeann
07/4/2022 07:10 | Back to the markets asking for more money to buy more assets. | paulisi
06/4/2022 07:08 | The Board of Directors of Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR), the real estate investment trust providing secure, inflation-protected, long income from grocery property in the UK, has today declared an interim dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 of 1.485 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around 27 May 2022 (the "Interim Dividend") . The ex-dividend date will be 21 April 2022 with a record date of 22 April 2022. This dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") in respect of the Company's tax-exempt property rental business. | brexitplus
05/4/2022 15:40 | X div based on last year about 16th April, ie 11 days. | brexitplus
05/4/2022 15:02 | x-div in 3 weeks I think | return_of_the_apeman
05/4/2022 14:07 | Then it gets whacked and you can start all over again. Fun! | chucko1
05/4/2022 12:43 | Seems to be flavour of the month. | brexitplus
04/4/2022 08:28 | A lot of my holdings have Bradford PF on the share register: REITs, renewables, infrastructure. They usually take a big slice on IPO. | jonwig
04/4/2022 08:20 | Nice to see City of Bradford - West Yorkshire Pension Fund have purchased nearly 3% | return_of_the_apeman
28/3/2022 11:45 | I trimmed some fat this morning too. | thamestrader
28/3/2022 11:21 | ... it's the way I tell 'em ... | chucko1
28/3/2022 11:20 | Similarly, I have reduced from seriously over weight to merely moderately overweight. Additionally, I have sold some SUPR! | chucko1
28/3/2022 11:01 | NOT that I dislike SUPR, I really do like it...BUT...I had become a bit top heavy here and with the current premium to NAV, reduced yield through rising SP, current world tensions, etc, etc, I've decided to reduce-reasonably significantly-to a more modest holding. Was easy enough to sell in decent size at North of 129p, feed the ducks when they're quacking, etc. Feels good to raise the cash levels, though I've no doubt I'll regret it ;-) | cwa1
27/3/2022 16:48 | SUPR is my defensive play. Dividends are reinvested. And 24% up in the last 12 months suits me fine. When necessary it will provide me with tax-free income. | brexitplus
27/3/2022 13:32 | "............safe but boring.........." suits me very nicely indeed at the moment. Thats why I bought it. | ammons
27/3/2022 12:26 | Not SUPR directly related but following on from conversions on NAV (and how it's nowhere near as important as most REIT investors think) Show Me The (REIT) Model https://seekingalpha | williamcooper104 |
