William - yes, I misread post #223, and gave only students.

I applied for some HOME, and there's a thread. It was barely subscribed to the target.

And there's HOME reit - IPOd last week - specialising in social/temporary accommodation housing - haven't looked at it yet

SOHO/RESI - for social housing/retirement homes/shared ownership - long leased RPI with a good yield - there are regulatory risks and could be covenant problems with hosing associations HASI - US mortgage/equity REIT in renewables - share price up 70 percent this year - still has a bit of a yield PHP - UK medical buildings - low yield - but solid asserts MPW - US hospital reit - high yield - reasonably safe assets WPC - US net lease reit - good yield - good diversification globally and amongst reasonably solid asset classes

Hello

Does anyone have a list of pure play student housing REITs or similar vehicles? I knw of UNite, DIGS and ESP. I'm trying to add a few hard asset REITs to my pension given the lack of sensible fixed income opps. I own SUPR and SHED, am avoiding areas of commercial real estate and non-student residential, and have the swathe of environmental related REITs on the 'to look through' list.
Many thanks

Adam

My allocation (with AJB) has now been incorporated into my current holding so looks like the platforms are working through this now, keep checking your account.

I was a bit confused as no RNS about admission of shares, which I would expect, unless you know different.
