On 20 January 2020, the Company was notified by Peter Williams, Non-Executive Director and Chairman, that: (1) he had purchased 16,306 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP4.057712 per share and that (2) Gwendolen Knight (PCA to Peter Williams) had purchased 10,916 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of GBP4.046939 per share.
