On 26 January 2018 the interim cash dividend paid by the Company on 26 January 2018 was reinvested by the following PDMRs by way of an election under the SuperGroup Share Incentive Plan to purchase shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below at a price of GBP18.25 per share.
