"The work programmes described above will combine with detailed financial planning."

Hopefully that detailed plan will provide the transparency required. I'd like to think that it will be a clear road map has to how the finances will take the company to phase 2. We can see what the long term future is likely to look like.

I'd like to think that once there is cashflow we can move away from placings and look at other options.

If we get 2-3p in the short term but holding could see 5p+ then I'm happy to hold.

I'd also like to see how PC intends to unlock shareholder value in the other projects.

One thing I would NOT or EVER do is ramp someone into a solid rise when it's damn obvious a breather could be taken. I guess many don't have the same integrity. ATVB folks whatever you do.

In the meantime re a deal, you could look at Kirkland Boral. 4 dollars a tonne royalty. Not bad.Let's see what unfolds. Off on holiday today so that'll be it from me for a while. Switching off for a bit.ATB

It's no good them making any commitments until the licences are fully in the bag.

If that was a solid option and clarification then it would be fantastic. I wonder why it's taking him so long to finish the due diligence on it....? You'd think they would have a v clear idea after a few months no?

Correct Jane, BUT as per recent interview the due diligence is still ongoing. It was supposed to be 6 mk the due diligence. Remember, it's pretty mothballed.

Have you read the February presentation? They're looking at the option of leasing a grinding plant.

Maybe a finance house will come onboard. These are the real issues as an investor I want to know for sure about, not maybes and waiting with baited breath but to have a clear route to base a financial decision on.

If they go it alone what are your thoughts for plant? Phase two? It'll be 12-14million. My hesitation regarding this is to do with the transparency of timeline. It will require planning permission too. I'd say that's at least two years down the line no?How would you envisage it being funded?

Profit taking only natural and not a concern. Many will have bagged around this level.

I’m not too worried about the finance. I’ll take PC at his word that he’s going try and keep capital requirements to a minimum. Ultimately it’s needed otherwise the project doesn’t move forward.

In terms of the current share price I quite like the fact that there are already people selling out for a profit. I prefer a nice steady rise rather than a big spike followed by mass exit. Hopefully slow and steady allows everyone to exit in their own time in an orderly fashion. Im not good a picking exit points so I dont want too much volatility.

Anyway. Everyday is another day closer to the rns that will be game changing.

Morning Jon. Anything is possible. We are guessing here regarding finance and I am too. A JV with one of the companies listed the other day is not beyond a possibility imo. I don't want to appear all ramp ramp either because these shares require navigation. Especially now and a raise is most probably on the cards, as we know, so although bullish I wish to also remain as level as possible. My only fear is what may lie ahead for investors re phase 2. I think I mentioned before regarding the likes of companies like Purina. They may actually want their own mine. Current economics aren't great for lending. Let's see what unfolds over the next month or two....Patrick as have said before needs to give investors a clear route. Clarity on this finance issue is drastically needed!! So I'd like to see him on interview brimming with confidence stating one way or the other....To answer your question - Bank lending out of the question imo, JV more likely...or finance house investment via means of clns? (I hope not the latter)

If PC plans to go it alone do you think he could raise finance from whoever the buyer is. For example have you ever seen deals where the buyer pre purchases X tonne at a heavily discounted price for paying upfront?

The only gamble here really is trying to figure out when the placing will be and how much of a raise. He did state decent money needed. Obviously a different scenario if a buy out....The thing is though, the warrants aren't collectable until August next year which makes me wonder is he going this alone..there would have been no point issuing warrants otherwise.

I've found the PM ones tend to be more well behaved after retracing they find a higher base line. Would be good to see a Golden Cross on this share price

I would expect some retraction today after a large jump on Friday. Let's hope the profit taking isn't too bad...
