Looking good,imo......
Thought I'd called it wrong with the share price moving 0.19p to 0.39p, over the last
couple of weeks, had they found some senior debt from some where
and no need for a placing?
But hey ho, as sure as eggs are eggs, we have placing.
Nice, now that's out of the way.
Bring on some good news RNS's.....Time to fill your boots Guys!!!!!!!!!

Let me pose this question to you..If offtakes were imminent and sure why would you bother raising at all? You wouldn't. You'd tick over until then....;)

Jane , as someone posted this on LSE, the price would not have been too much of 'mates rates' when planned.
"This placing was being arranged days ago when the share price was hovering around .30 -.32 is my guess. PC has no control over the market and the big rise was unexpected IMO. Hence his quotes in the RNS. Funding was always going to be needed and hopefully offtakes will largely fund the future. It changes nothing about the project. Just more shares."

I don't think that you can read anything in the future by the placing as we all know that it was mates rates.

Also you have to ask the question why raise 1ml if these MOUs were significant or predicted offtake large. The value as I've always maintained here is Phase 2

Good morning Jon, They want a cross section not just on 5 acres that's all. Are they just wanting run off ore?! Remember they only managed a singular 100tom sample prior.I would like a correction to the timeline to events. It in no way reflects accurately imho

I'll admit I'm disappointed about the timing. I've now been diluted to below 1%. We knew the fund raise was coming but I can't understand why it couldn't have come once all appeal windows have ended and potentially along with more detail about off take agreements.

Let's just hope that by the end of September we have a clearer indication of where this is going.

Staying positive, there are 2 mou's in place. I'd like to think that the additional bulk sampling has been requested by these two customers and they just want further assurance of quality before putting pen to paper.

This my concern too. Placing timing tells us something. What happened to offtakes to pay for things?....a long way off! Also as stated previously,and quoted from RNS yesterday, there aren't many customers for the cheap first method. He knows this too well.A JV can't be too difficult BUT it's a buyer's market for a Biggie like Boral vs a company like Sres who has no money. Same for Boral and why the deal they got and happy with their lot!

Yeah Aviator I agree, the gold and silver thing seems weird unless they are going to turn it around in record time.

It's interesting that they don't feel they need all this money for the CS Project though.

Hi Loot, I just don't like this gold and silver nonsense. Why place just now? He could have waited a little but that shows me offtakes are some time away and the bulk trials will be some time.Silver/Gold years away (said before that's his passion) and he has enough other projects to shift that waiting for sale! It's just an unnecessary distraction.Let's see what happens come September when shares admitted....The project is there and good but it's his management style that always concerns me. He is a miner not a deal maker or sales man and he needs to employ such!Aimho

He has made the fatal mistake of mentioning gold and silver at this stage where the CS was all systems go and all focus was on that. Why? Because Bulk sampling will take several months imho Well folks..that's it for a while here. Take care

I'm waiting for any bid, even hostile, as you can't expect the shareholders to support a placing with a discount that big.
