Have another look, placing was at a small discount and @1.1 also the director lumped in 100k. Potential on permit being granted out weighs the risk reward ratio for me. The other posters tip was right imo. The radio decline of coal fired power stations in America is creating a shortage of fly ash used in a billion dollar Portland cement industry. Research please

Not quite, people taking positions for possible permit news which should land soon. Those sells today may well be placing shares. Whatever it is, it's cheap down here, and I'd rather take a seat now before the herd comes when the news drops.
