27/3/2018 08:55 | RNS - it would be useful for the company to issue some planned timescales for development | squibno1
16/2/2018 12:23 | Breakeven @ 0.24p Looks like another year at least and I'm getting too old lol | osammyboy2
16/2/2018 09:48 | Oh no, yet again we have more promising drill results from our friends at Sunrise resources. I have lost count of how many times we have heard the same from this company over the years. Nothing ever comes from it and I'm pretty certain nothing will come from it this time. | nigthepig
16/2/2018 09:48 | What is your breakeven here lads? | marmar80
16/2/2018 09:41 | in 10 years cheetham might get a project to actually work, but don't hold your breath, something's bound to go wrong! | dingo75

Good spot tomboy. tomboyb 22 Jan '18 - 10:19 - 646 of 649 0 1 0 RNS out - The Company has now received independent certification testwork results for three composite samples of its natural pozzolan demonstrating that they can significantly reduce "concrete cancer". A form of concrete cancer is the expansion and consequential cracking and potential structural failure that can occur when alkalis in the Portland cement react with common aggregates containing reactive silica. This is the so-called "Alkali-Silica Reaction" (ASR). ASR is a major concern for cement and concrete producers and their customers. Commenting today, Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham said: "This is a very important milestone in our testwork. The CS pozzolan was tested using some of the most reactive aggregates known in the western USA. Substituting 25% CS natural pozzolan for Portland cement gave an average 96% reduction in expansion compared to control samples using 100% Portland cement after the prescribed 14 days test period. The performance of the CS pozzolans in this test places it amongst the best commercially available pozzolans, industrial or natural, and will assist the Company in positioning its products in the market." | pre

12/1/2018 11:27 | Just popped in to see how my long standing acquisition is doing here. Needn't have bothered it's the same as always - struggling. Over the years this company has always issued brilliantly glowing statements, yet has never once delivered. "It will be different this time" I hear people say. I very much doubt it. | nigthepig
23/12/2017 11:43 | 2 drill programme will start on 3 January 2018. A drill contract has been signed for up to 3,000ft of drilling at up to 22 different drill sites with the objective to define permitting boundaries for one or more open-pit mine sites for production of perlite and pozzolan. The drill programme will include the Tuff and Main Zones and is estimated to take up to 5 weeks to complete. Moving a bit faster than usual . Hm!! Now for the share price !!! | squibno1

15/12/2017 15:44 | Some big share issues, that will make a change! | bsg
14/12/2017 12:59 | From the Finals yesterday: "Active work programme planned for CS Project in 2018 targeting production in the first half of 2019." First time I have seen that timeline. Doesn't look impossible to get approvals in place, buy a couple of JCBs and some rudimentary screening plant in that time, then just start digging ;-) Would like to see a JV to carry the costs though or we are in for some big share issues. | stevie blunder
13/12/2017 15:13 | Brillian performance patrick . Your achievement to shareholder value is just fabulous . Useless is an understatement . | fire2480
12/12/2017 15:24 | OK, VR resources opened in Canada up 22% at 36c C$ We have 50k shares, get another 50k if they drill and another 250k if they do a 43-101 type resource. Plus we have a 3% royalty. Small potatoes but might be worth something one day :-) | stevie blunder
12/12/2017 11:46 | Davidpines - this is the sres thread. Don't bother ramping wres here. Anyone who knows the history of wres (right back to its days as caspian oil) will know it is another company that continually fails to deliver. | nigthepig |
