 As I predicted, the tuning fork is back, repeating his abject guff. One has to put his musings into the google translation service to even begin to grasp what he is attempting to convey.
I must confess to having a jolly good chuckle at his attempt to correct one spelling error within a paragraph that had a dozen spelling/grammatical errors!
He now suggests that my previous prediction of sres eventually going to the wall is correct but by his own admission he prefers to lose all his money than salvage the remnants. One for a psychiatric view I guess…
Finally, as regards his view that he would sue me for alleged defamation were he to know my identity, that too is a mistaken interpretation of the law (poor tuning fork always gets it wrong). You see, he can ascertain my identity by way of a Norwich Pharmacal order in the event he had reasonable grounds so to do (clue: he has no such basis). As it happens, he fails to realise that one cannot defame an anonymous pseudonym on a bulletin board (J Eady set this out in a judgement involving advfn bulletin board posters some 15 years ago) since a pseudonym is just that. In any event, even if one theoretically could, there is no basis in any of my posts for such an action.

If you read the RNS you will note there is no confirmation that Tolsa agreed to pay the 1.4M. There appears to be a hint that Tolsa are dismissive of the nature of the Sepiolite given the lack of correlation of grades between different holes. In other words, it may not be what they anticipated or hoped for and they therefore may not have come close to anything like the 1.4M sres wanted.
It has taken PC nearly three years to get this rejection from Tolsa. His rebuttal is that they spent more on the project than he did - but that is just nonsense of nil relevance and an indicator of a cheap parting shot given his disappointment.
Tolsa have walked and that is that - I opine that even if they were to return it would be at a fraction of what they previously agreed to subject to assessment/analysis ie 1.4M plus 3pc.
This project is dead for now unless Tolsa come back with a derisory offer. PC needs to try and sell some of the royalties attached the other projects and soon. |

I would have welcomed 1.4M and given the royalty to Tolsa - I am fairly confident PC would have accepted the same. I think Tolsa simply declined to make an offer on those terms.
PC is not negotiating from a position of strength - you witnessed how the Co recently paid the 40k or so. This is not a Co that is in any position to recuse 1.4M.
You now aver a deal is immunent - it is not. That announcement is as bad as it could be for sres. |
