YasX no deals in short or medium term, you could get a big suprise very soon.Tell me would you have been happy if P.C.had take lump sum and dropped the 3% royalty for a deal, without knowing what we have.If he needed a deal that quick he would have taken it. |
To try and compare RE with sres is meaningless. It is palpably absurd since there are no similarities.
There are no deals on the horizon in the short term. It is likely tgere are no deals of any significance in the medium term.
I reckon a going concern statement in the next set of results. Time will tell. |
YasX keep selling better some back in the bank.About market function remember Rolls Royce under £1 now over £5 assets were still in place when down at £1,same will happen with sres when deals come. |
Dave,
It is clear you do not know how markets function - try selling this illiquid Co if you hold a reasonable line- it is virtually impossible at anywhere near the bid. However, on the family account we did manage to offload a few million or so but nothing substantial but was surprised that could even get that away at 0.03 or more. For me this was only a modest short term punt and never an investment for reasons I set out previously from 0.25p all the way down. |
YasX if you think that bail out.We have enough funds at present,P.C. Is not in a panic mode.Just let things settle for a while, picture will become clear.Your reaction is what Tolsa are looking for,Tolsa are not walking they are still in game, but with others now. |
Barnaby,
Your drivel can be summarised as follows: PC is a nice chap.
Well, I do not know him personally but he might well be a nice chap but so what? It is irrelevant to sres so it is baffling why you and the vibrating tuning fork keep plugging that point. A better aspect for you to consider is what tangible value has PC delivered to holders in all the years he has been at the helm of this Co?
There is a reason the shares sit where they do. Being a nice guy does not help matters as evidenced by the past decade. The astrology ‘star gazing spin the wheel I can’t write or spell but we have been here for years little boy’ seminars from Alienator are similarly of no use to sres either.
The bottom line is this- PC needs to sell some asset and/or royalties in the very short term to keep this thing going since raising funds by any other mechanism (even if that were possible) would be to the detriment of current holders. The question is what can he sell and for what price. All the projects are nascent in nature and based on his handling of the Tolsa negotiations it does not bode well. |
Dave,
PC does not have the funds to sit back patiently and allow things to unfold - it might have escaped your mind but he has explo commitments he has made on other projects held by the Co. There is not a magic money tree from which the funds will fall.
Tolsa walking is a disaster for sres - anyone suggesting otherwise is either unrealistic or unwilling to accept the inevitable demise of the Co. |
Tolsa site at present is jointly owned 50% each with 3% royalty over whole site.If we are entitled any results & samples from Tolsa half as per rns good.Tolsa could end up with half a cake and still end up paying 3% on extraction. We need more info.I say Tolsa will not let this site out of control, mileage still left in this.P.C, should not approach Tolsa again let them come back,Just like our pozzolan site original cement co back at table again.P.C. Been in this game long enough and will see them give way a little, then the deals will flow. |
Sorry to lose you Theaviator. I've been here too long I fear..... |
Yas, spending that amount of time you do on here makes me believe you’re a loser. We’re all down here but you make out youre an Expert. What a tawt you are. I’ve known pc for around 15 years . He works more hours than all ceo, he has brought in small deals with royalties but I think big deals he needs to bring in big boys for big deals who can cement the deals. He is not a scammer and works all hours. It’s a pity his directors don’t back him up with buying. Just maybe pc will take a different view of getting share price where it should be. |
Undoubtedly the tuning fork will be back - he rarely adheres to any of his assertions.
As for his view that he will no longer offer anything constructive, the remarkable thing is he thinks he has offered a constructive view at some point in the past. His ramblings go as follows:
This is a great company and will treble from 0.25p in an instant and those not invested will miss out on such a stellar opportunity. PC is a great chap, sincere and competent as they come. Moments later this turns into PC is out of his depth, he needs to be removed and the tuning fork will vote against him to make sure that happens. Several moments later this changes to PC needs his guidance and he is willing to lend him his tuning fork which he used earlier in the morning when advising GS and JP Morgan. That again changes to something along the lines of have had enough am selling out and PC will know when that happens. An hour or two later he alters his stance to this is a great company and PC is a chap of utmost sincerity.
You could not make it up - but Aviator certainly does. One thing that does amaze me is that there is a school in this land that actually taught him to write as he does. I mean, it is simply staggering. That teacher needs to have his/her certificates scrutinised. |
Folks you can DM me if you like. This my last post on Sres advfn. When there's excrement around like this character below it is very difficult to say anything let alone anything constructive that may be useful to us long termers.Wishing all the very best. |
Aviator,
I think you ought to keep the discussion to sres - I am not interested in your other fictitious claims for which you claim to have provided evidence (another figment of your imagination since no evidence has ever been provided by you in relation to anything).
The only thing that is obvious is that you are unable to string a few words together without it becoming apparent that you received very poor schooling. |
PMSL I dont give a toss about the money. My total lot on here is less than what I make a week with regular trading as I've posted and evidenced to you several times little boy. Suppose you don't believe that either LOL Hence it is not about the money. Never gamble with what you cannot afford to lose little boy! |
Go back to school and learn some maths! |
How can I be down over 90pc with an average below .08 you thick boy! |
‘PrincipalR17; Oh dear.
Incidentally, small point for you to note: voting against any resolution with your paltry holding has no impact - hence why it was and remains a futile exercise.
Indeed you are down by over 90pc but almost certainly you will eventually lose the lot here since you are hoping to get to breakeven (0.25p) but that will never happen, not in a million years. |
*or without |
"no viable commercial proposition here" It does look that way. A few more years of dilution at rock bottom prices, drilling new and existing claims. Looks like many AIM companies. |
Dave,
What exactly are you leaving in Aviator’s hands? Give me strength.
He has no control or influence over the Co - put simply he has been soaking up baseless optimism for the past couple of years and still does not get it - he has lost 90pc plus on his investment with nil prospect of any meaningful recovery. He churns out twaddle and threatens to cast votes against management thinking someone is taking him seriously. The chap needs to have his head examined - along with one or two readers on here.
As for sres, Tolsa walking likely represents an existential move. The Co does not have adequate funds to properly progress other projects. There was insifficient liquidity into which one could sell on Friday - will see how things develop in the next week or two.
One thing is clear to me - this will, as I always expected, eventually head to nil pence. The dead cat bounce has not yet materialised and perhaps it will in due course from a lower level, but ultimately there is no viable commercial proposition here. |
Yep that one is a no gooder pal |
Will leave contact in your hands aviator with regards P.C.I have full confidence in you. |
