Well I do not understand it there is further increases in the share price today where is this going to end currently 11.27% increase today on top of last weeks increases now showing $9.97.

Been with this stock 12 yrs now. 3 kids, 2 companies and 5 house moves ! At one point had near 0.5% stock...A roller coaster alright. V opaque management. But Probably break even now and only wish has transferred more from AIM.

However my bigger wish is those DMD boys won’t have to wait much longer for good treatment. I remember the early trials and hopes. Good luck to all

Thanks freedosh I have just been looking at the trials website which was updated 28th January 2021 see link below:

Click on changes & you will see that they have changed the dates of completion for trials but they are still in 2021.I think that this complete update suggests momentum has again been created which is why we are seeing the share price improvement unless its the Reddit group.



Edit: To be fair I now only own 2,845 shares after having had to Sell for various reasons all of which in retrospect were unfounded & I lost my nerve last month & sold more of my remaining shares & then bought back in a few weeks ago.I am now currently well into profit 48.56% up.

We are now at $8.70 = £1.27 (Old money) just amazing I am glad I bought back in the other week but why are we where we are unless there has been progress on the C-Diff trials i.e. more people joining in & a possibility of 'going to market' in the next 12 months.
I appreciate that many of the 'Old Guard' have divested their holdings or nearly all but if 'listening' I would appreciate their views.

For what it is worth my Selling last week clearly was a mistake although it has enabled me to fund architects fees for a potential extension total £5k.

However I did decide to add back on the opening this afternoon, to my remaining holding from last week,1,100 shares & already in profit so I am still in with a total 2,700 shares & to Hold to next year then Sell to pay for the proposed extension.

Well it has been a bit of a roller coaster this last week.Regards to all.

Edit: The share price is currently at $6.69 & I bought at $6.18 (950 shares) & $6.17 (350 shares) early afternoon.

My reply from Summit this afternoon

It would appear all is ok but I have today Sold 3,900 shares at a small loss & now retain 1,400 shares.My Sales were on the basis that I could not risk loosing a substantial part of my investment.
I would add that after all these years (many) I have made a loss of £144 but now I will just sit back & watch.

The filings with the SEC in January are mainly to finalize the process regarding the shares that were issued in November based on our capital raising efforts at that time. I’ve included the link to our press release that was issued to announce the closing of this funding here: hxxps://www.summittxinc.com/app/uploads/2020/11/2020_PR_22_Financing-closed.pdf

The filings in January register the shares that were issued to those who participated in the fundraising, and also covers some shares as a part of previous fundraisings in late 2019 and 2020 to complete the process. This is not a new fundraising effort beyond what we’ve previously disclosed.

Had a few 100 shares left, sentimental more than anything else, but even those are now gone. Duggan trying to part exit, the ongoing need for large amounts of cash, the poor progress, limited pipeline and competition. Shame in the end, just not fast enough and not nimble enough.

I also note from the SEC schedules the number of shares that Duggan & others are willing to Sell but I also note that Polar Capital are intending retaining the majority of their shares

I note the market share price so far is not dropping like a stone fingers crossed !!!!!

Please note SEC filings this month - Not clear to me what this is but this does not seem to be a fund raise but an opportunity to Buy from existing shareholders at a discount on the current share price & is not covered by an RNS so far.
