14/4/2020 14:55 | Glyn has stepped down but remains on the board. | chrisatrdg
14/4/2020 09:40 | Its up about 150% since it moved over, it will be interesting to see what the next move is | hernando2
13/4/2020 18:42 | I'm still out, but that's an impressive move today on big volume. | 1gw
12/4/2020 13:35 | Thanks Chris hold a pretty big stake here (just under 200k shares on the Nasdaq). Holding out for $7-$10 happy to hold for another year or so as I've held on for a good while anyway. Big potential here and huge upside in my opinion. Emphasis will be on antibiotics going forward. | kirk 6
12/4/2020 12:13 | Is Summit Therapeutics (SMMT) Stock Outpacing Its Medical Peers This Year? Top Ranked Momentum Stocks to Buy for April 7th PS Looks like kirk6 could be right. The date of the article's is 9th & 7th April 2020. | chrisatrdg
12/4/2020 08:02 | I raised £8k last week on selling needed to ensure no drop from the doubled up share price since leaving AIM but still have some left 10,300 down to 6,425 sold at 2.6.However will now hold to next year.I needed certainty for a final payment on car in 2022 but will put funds into my Standard Life Wrap which will have some further appreciation. I do agree that Summit could break back above $3 & will go much further this year. | chrisatrdg
11/4/2020 19:12 | Break $3 probable next week | kirk 6
30/3/2020 20:12 | New SEC filing relating to Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP | chrisatrdg
26/3/2020 16:41 | That little spike down might be partly my fault, but it's bounced back. I've sold the rest of my holding to release funds for something else. I like the story and may well be back on a future dip (or news), but have some concerns about what Covid19 means for the trials and am happy to take such a good profit for now. | 1gw
21/3/2020 08:55 | Agreed the covid 19 outbreak will focus governments to be more prepared on the antibiotics from. Good luck and here's to good H2 2020 here. | kirk 6
21/3/2020 08:40 | kirk6, no worries. I also added a few last night. My holding is well down as didn't buy back those I sold in ISA. I'm also confident they will get there eventually. Key, trials aside, is a change in the economics of anti-biotics, and I think that is/has changed since Corona. A new money is no object approach one hopes. | waterloo01
21/3/2020 08:37 | Oh and by the way Waterloo I'm not ramping just speculating. It's what people do. I have also got a relatively big position here and am extremely confident this will be a huge winner of 2020 helped by repercussions of covid 19 | kirk 6
21/3/2020 08:35 | We have a great board in place with big money in the game. Not only that I think going forward even if it is slightly delayed due to Covid there will be a huge, more concerted effort with antibiotics as well as the inevitable vaccines. SMMT is extremely well placed with government funding as well. Since full listing on the Nasdaq it's still higher at $2.33 but I think we can get back to $8-$9 dollars back end of the year. Good luck | kirk 6
20/3/2020 20:22 | After hours now at $2.29 will now Hold & fingers crossed Summit trials will continue but we will know soon there must now be an RNS next week as it has a material effect on the share price Any delays in the trials will extend the need for more cash. I am not sure Summit being in Antibiotics links with viral infections & I am not sure that the Discuva platform will help either.Regards. | chrisatrdg
20/3/2020 20:10 | The FDA have said they won't lighten up on trial requirements but that might change. Who knows maybe they are running stuff on the Discova platform that has some Coronavirus implication? Bet they are looking! Antibiotics might well play a role in recovery | waterloo01
20/3/2020 19:56 | Hi waterloo01 Clearly you are right the NASDAQ is now down 13.3% once again I did not take advantage of the post $2.9 share price now it is $2.32.Will never learn. It is also being said that some/many trials themselves may not be able to complete which would puts us back to square one. I have e-mailed Summit today for clarification. | chrisatrdg
20/3/2020 18:31 | Yes I would expect almost all non corona virus trials right across the board to be effected. Will hit cancer trials particularly badly I'd expect. | waterloo01
20/3/2020 18:18 | Does anyone have any views on the following: With regards the C-Diff trials is there any danger of them being delayed because of the virus that is spreading everywhere. Edit: I note we are now dropping on the NASDAQ maybe there are fears about trials being delayed because of the virus. | chrisatrdg
20/3/2020 16:35 | Now covered by HC Wainwright with a $4 target apparently. "The brokerage set a “buy” rating and a $4.00 price target on the stock. " | 1gw
20/3/2020 14:12 | I've sold some more there to release funds for other things. | 1gw
19/3/2020 20:30 | SMMT share price fell back after you sold... fact is 1gw trades long and short... with his mates with dozens of multiple ids.. RECENT the evidence is there to be seen company: STU From lse: Having the edge..others question your uncanny ability to buy/sell with perfect timing.. Skindle Posts: 756 Price: 224.00 No Opinion 1GW_Wed 19:07 Our esteemed co investor has an uncanny ability to judge the right moments to buy shares in STU and the right moments to sell. I take my hat off to you. Could you let me know please when we can next expect an uplift. Company: TRMR - Just today: says he buys TRMR @ 9.39am, after which the share price rises up to 20%... 1gw - 19 Mar 2020 - 09:39:20 - 3177 of 3210 TREMOR:Make a Mint - TRMR I didn't think I'd be buying more here, but 87p seems like a pretty good price considering the price I was selling at in January and even earlier this month. Still under 3% portfolio weight though (given the falls) so not pushing the boat out too far just yet. It is going to see a slowdown in advertising spend I think, but brand video advertising might be one of the better segments to be in over the next few months as large companies try to remind us they're still around for when the crisis is over. I also like the net cash position and would hope that has been added to since 31st December as the cash relating to calendar 4Q revenues came in. But I would imagine there might also be some debts to write off. Looking forward to seeing the results. Company BYOT - PUMP 1gw - 27 Feb 2020 - 22:18:09 - 4654 of 4706 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT Do you think this is a good time to be looking for an investment partner in the US who can put serious marketing resource into a road-tested new consumer product which "eliminates OVER 99.9% of germs and keeps surfaces sanitized for 24 HOURS with a revolutionary NON-TOXIC cleaning formula"? And if financial terms with a partner are already all but nailed down, and can't be reopened, do you think this would be a good time to launch such a product nationally? What about Solvay and Actizone? Do you think the current environment might push them into getting their finger out and doing a proper launch of a product based on that technology? It seems to me that the 24-hour claim might be particularly attractive in the current environment. 1gw - 27 Feb 2020 - 21:46:46 - 4651 of 4706 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT Not many places to hide in this market. Apart from investors throwing in the towel on individual stocks, I guess lots of money is being pulled, or is going to be pulled, from funds - which may then force institutional selling on a fairly indiscriminate basis. So byotrol potentially is a winning stock on two counts: products for which demand seems likely to grow as the coronavirus incidence becomes more widespread (so "a place to hide" in the market); and not much of an institutional base. And that's on top of the underlying investment case (the reason I and I suspect many of the longer-term holders have been buying over the last few years) built around turnaround of the business under David Traynor's leadership through tight control of costs, development of IP that is at the leading edge of regulatory change, getting regulatory approval for products based on that IP and now (through the Medimark acquisition) moving into sales and marketing, with major upside possible through licensing/partnershi Now where's that US deal? Obviously wouldn't sell given the huge potential sikhthetech - 28 Feb 2020 - 09:57:02 - 4678 of 4706 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT obviously your 'mate' 1gw won't be selling any today... ;-) Oh, he did DUMP some on Friday - funny that 1gw - 02 Mar 2020 - 08:56:56 - 4697 of 4706 BYOTROL-CAN DELIVER AMAZING RESULTS - BYOT That was you selling out, stt, was it? What do you want me to say? Congratulations on getting the first trade? I've sold 10% of my holding at an average of just under 4p, mainly today, but a small amount on Friday, when it was more difficult to sell any quantity on a quote & deal or even worked order basis. Much easier this morning and there seems to have been good demand, even just above 4p. | sikhthetech
19/3/2020 20:09 | Complete fruitcake. | 1gw
19/3/2020 19:35 | Chris, Up to you but you should never state the value of your holding or intention to sell... 1gw and his mates look for such information and have done so for ages... Notice he sold some today soon after you mentioned your intention.. If someone phoned you asking how much money you got, would you tell them??? Obviously your choice, it's your money... | sikhthetech |
