Hi Sasannach - I understood there was to be a fee but II told me there was no charge in the end however there is no announcement that I have seen.In the end I believe all fees were waived.

Can someone confirm if the latest share conversion had a transaction fee? I seem to recall seeing something that said it had been waived but cannot find anything?

I have one broker with no fee and another charging me $0.03 USD

If it was waived is there an announcement I can point at them?

Looks like we are witnessing a re-rate current share price is $4.59 = £0.70p & is moving up & down all the time.

Does anyone else have any views?

Edit: Now at $4.74 up 15.33% - wow !!!!!

Changeingsky - You need to divide by 20 & then 5 but depends how far you need to go back divide by 5 was a year or so ago.

Hi Changingsky - You do have to convert to $. My son had shares on AIM lost his certificate asked for copy & in the meanwhile they then got converted to $ & ended up on the US register.In addition when he has signed the tax form he can even pick up the phone & sell the shares.What matters is that you end up with a share cert that ends up on a share register UK to USA.
