It's the end of the week and it's had a good run for some time now, so I guess it will have to wait for more good news such as a juicy contract before it moves up again. But it does look cheap for a well run company with decent prospects.

What is hard about buying a £5 stock? Unless you only have £17.49 and trading fees of £12.50.

Don't see why, they consolidated to get away from the shame of literally being a penny stock, now that they have turned the business around they could make it easier to trade by reflating the stock in issue.

Lefrene, it was in the pence, until early 2014 when the did exactly the opposite, a consolidation 10:1 to get the price from 6p to 60p. Bit bizarre to reverse that now

I don't believe that makes any difference unless someone is considering purchasing less than a fiver's worth.

A 3 for 1 scrip issue would help make this more liquid and narrow the spread. Perhaps the directors consider it more respectable to have a price in the £'s rather than pence?

I got in for some more at 402p. Not much but it'll help.

Thanks for all the posts looking at the aquisition details. Very useful.

at least there's been stock available to buy in recent days - take the opportunity while you can and be pleased you're in it when it's going up but you can't buy

I think that the £2.5m payment is additional to the initial payment of £2.0m made up of £1.0m cash and the rest in shares. Yet the £2.5m for working capital requirements will be funded from cash inherited from the acquired business.

Yet even a payment of £2.0m is equivalent to a PSR of only 0.11, very cheap when the earn out expectations of future profits are looked at.

Even as soon as 2017 they have capped the extra payment at £2.0m which shows what potential profit could be achieved.

Maximum consideration after 3 years = £7.0m if profit estimate are met, PSR = 0.37 on last years revenue, but the Revenue figure is likely to be substantially higher if profit projections are achieved, lowering the future PSR figure somewhat. I would like to work out future margin figure but had better not because it would just be guess work at this time.

I think the acquisition is a great little earning enhancing addition.
