22/9/2016 09:50 | Added a few more. PE of less than eight which is set against very conservative estimates. | cfro
21/9/2016 20:48 | Excellent acquisition. If you look at the terms for the deferred consideration for the Keystone directors they will have deliver £1m profits in 2018 to get their deferred consideration and hence the directors are heavily incentivised to achieve big profits. | ihatemms
21/9/2016 16:37 | i would like/hope to see the next RNS telling us the directors have bought meaningful amounts... assuming they are out of the closed period i.e. that we are not going to get another contract rns in near future. | brando69
21/9/2016 15:50 | Buy buy buy. Simple as that!!! | sharestobuy
21/9/2016 15:38 | and based on afternoon volumes this is a blatant treeshake. i suspect results plus scquisition have put this on a few more radars - and mms are looking to fill a few orders. | brando69
21/9/2016 15:25 | But in real terms it is up about 13 percent once you factor in converted warrants | brando69
21/9/2016 15:13 | No, it looks like it wants to test 400p again. For a small cap that's a lot of extra shares to swallow. I guess news of some more chunky contracts might help. | lefrene
21/9/2016 14:50 | Obviously in market cap terms exercise of warrants means this is up much more than 2.1%. Market has responded v positively to the acquisition | brando69
21/9/2016 14:23 | Thanks smallcap | mickharkins1
21/9/2016 11:13 | No change to 2016 forecasts | smallcapinvestor1
21/9/2016 10:25 | The acquisition seems sensible enough, at least STY now has control of an important subbie which has to be useful when putting together contracts. Although it would seem that the business didn't have much in the way of pricing power, unless actual profits were being hived off in a manner that didn't show on the books? The cost of the refinancing has come home in the form of those options being cashed, nonetheless it got the company back on its feet, it wouldn't be where it is now without it. | lefrene
21/9/2016 10:21 | hopefully they can save costs by merging and materially increase that profit figure quoted....lets see...thanks for earnings upgrade figures from above... | qs99
21/9/2016 10:19 | smallcap - any change to 2016 estimates, which I have as 38p? Cheers, Mick | mickharkins1
21/9/2016 09:13 | That's up from 44p | smallcapinvestor1
21/9/2016 09:12 | New shore cap forecasts eps 51p for 2017. | smallcapinvestor1
21/9/2016 08:32 | Earnings enhancing from 2017 | brando69
21/9/2016 08:32 | I like this. They're really building up a strong team here with expertise in all areas. | sheep_herder
21/9/2016 08:23 | It does seem to be a sensible acquisition of a company they know well having worked with them on the recent large framework agreement, and looking to gain extra contract from their existing Bank customers. | interceptor2
21/9/2016 08:16 | The acquired company has revenues of over £18m but profits of only £100k. STY could pay up to £7.5m depending on certain considerations. Will be earnings enhancing. Seems to me to be a good strategic move as it is their partner in the big framework deal recently announced. | cfro
21/9/2016 07:19 | Yep, but ADVFN news feed doesn't appear to be working | gleach23
21/9/2016 07:14 | Acquisition | davemac3
20/9/2016 12:06 | Twice bounced of 400. Upwards from here i think | brando69
20/9/2016 10:28 | Managed to catch todays sale and bought a few more STY @ 405.5p. Unfortunately, I missed todays other main sale on SPE and had to scramble around for a few leftovers @ 250p. | martinthebrave
20/9/2016 10:27 | That better rating for this company will be achieved and come into force this time next year. I'm sure of it. Another time to top up if you have any spare funds | sharestobuy |
