Crazy reaction this is going to take a few days for the market to digest

The Company reported on 5 November 2014 that multiple oil shows and elevated gas readings were encountered within the KC Formation and that preliminary geochemical analysis showed oil source rock potential to likely be higher than expected. Subsequent analysis of a further eight KC shale samples, from 2,715 to 3,345 feet TVDss encasing the KC micrites, show TOCs of 4.64 to 9.4% and generative potentials of between 45 and 103 kg hydrocarbon/tonne of rock. Corresponding calculated hydrogen indices (HI) are extremely high, ranging from 759-1098, indicating a very oil-prone source rock. These initial sample results gives management confidence that the KC within the south of PEDL 137 has the potential to be a world-class source rock of equivalence to the proven conventional oil source rocks of the KC within the Viking Graben and Central Graben of the North Sea.

How is this flat after that news, has the potential to be world class even at current prices, CRAZY CRAZY reaction, 400% increase in HH reserves and potential of more, this should be at 2p already

Lenigas's Twitter comment is hilarious. He clearly shot his mouth last time and completely over-ramped the HH potential. I still believe he left Twitter because he realised he could be in trouble imo.

I have a very small holding here and will continue to hold as it's the only decent HH play not requiring an immediate placing. However my faith in Lenigas is zilch - I'll never invest in another company he has anything to do with.

All imo/dyor.

Given the disastrous oil sector at the moment, the HH players have done well.
Had the environment been better, even 'normal', who knows what the price would be just now.

When the oil price turns, so will small oilers and particularly here I would imagine, now there's real substance on top of the gold potential.

All bets are off if Armageddon hits, but those scenarios have all been postulated before and everything eventually recovers.

david lenigas @DavidLenigas · 8m 8 minutes ago Very big news out on HH from UKOG. Read every word and every line. DYOR. I am making no further comments on HH full stop. a 400% increase in p90 reserves? that should reflect a 400% increase in the share price imo

Kimmeridge Limestone Potential

Geochemical studies, to determine oil source rock richness and thermal maturity, are being conducted on rock samples from the Kimmeridge Clay, Oxford Clay and Liassic Shale formations encountered in the well. The geochemical analyses will be integrated with other data in order to evaluate the potential for Horse Hill-1, and the area to the southwest, to have generated hydrocarbons resulting in the trapping of oil in the Portland and other reservoir objectives within the southern area of PEDL 137.

Preliminary analysis of samples from the Kimmeridge Clay immediately below the Portland Sandstones, in a section which also contains oil shows and multiple limestone sections individually up to 105 feet in thickness (refer RNS dated 16 October 2014), have higher than expected oil source potential with a measured total organic carbon content ("TOC") of over 5% by weight. The operator continues to investigate the conventional potential of the Kimmeridge Limestones in a possibly analogous situation to the nearby Balcombe oil discovery.

We are now in to the 6th week!

Docholiday seems to be confident of positive news. And similar with my thoughts, he also suggests DL wouldn't reappear on Twitter yet if it was more bad news.

My thoughts are that it will be a decent upgrade BUT with unconventional (shale).

Still no news though!
