Doubt it no trading tomorrow, or was that an April Fool speaking!!!!!

Stig....if you trash enough companies then you are bound to be right sometime, but how is your IEH looking then Hmm, not good large paper loss I imagine.

AIM market stinks through and through, full of crooks, fraudsters, stealing investors hard earned cash, they all stink. Worse than Mr Roper (T.N.M)

Bidding war coming"Since 2 September 2015, StratMin has received interest from a number of parties regarding investment into, or an acquisition of, the Company's graphite operations."Expect counter bid by rivals. This should be 5.5p today. (£8.6m MC)Suspect tomorrow it will be.

Well I'm not going to gloat and say told you so.

Going forward just be aware that they are still trying to con you by 'headlining' the deal as worth X when we all know that there are elements of X which are contingent on the mining performance... a mine they couldn't get to perform after years so are fobbing it off on some other bunch of mug punters

The up front cash that STGR do get, how much of that will go as bonuses/wages to the same Management/BoD who have failed here ? and do you trust them to re-invest the proceeds ?

This should be 1p today. Suspect it will be tomorrow.

Those pitiful shares will be trading on ASX, where graphite plays trade at multiples of their current market cap.

I think the share price reaction to that news says it all really. (Deal values co at over 5pps, market says half that!)
On face value £8.6m for the Op. Co. is OK, but the reality is the majority of this is being "paid" in pitifully valued Bass Metals shares.
As for the third tranche of A$5m, what are the chances of Bass ever affording this?
I'm disappointed STGR have gone down this route & this all stinks. However, I don't expect the deal to fully come to fruition in it's current format.

I suspect we will get an RNS just before close stating payment date to be extended
and split into smaller chunks. Still don;t understand why the couldn't have funded this through debt. The money would have been there and we would have been much further along with production. This stinks.
