The messiah has spoken.....you will let us know where you live if it doesn't pan out quite as you predict.....my chalfonts are swelling due to the length of time I've been sitting.

The well researched know what we are sitting on. A subject commonly spoken about is how our kids will be able to afford to purchase a house in London, my answer is "with my STGR shares which I purchased next to nothing".Ignore the noise and hold strong.

Then maybe we should have handed over that 40% to a Canadian company.

They could hardly have had less money than BSM.

BSM BbNothing really to post about until the Patterson's report sets out this 'different' sort of takeover/cornerstoning whatever. No doubt Pattersons will be able to get some sp/volume action happening too.I think the £1.5Million tranche will happen with a placement for around half of that. Lion Gold appear to be making good on the settlement and Bass can expect further funds up till end of the financial year. will this claim for a % of the settlement throw a spanner? I do wonder considering the letter of claim is in reference to an agreement that was signed very late in the piece. I am thinking that maybe this litigation funding mob are just trying it on with a view to getting a chunk. Bass obviously are thinking along those lines, otherwise they wouldn't be attempting to defend the claim. Either way, I think the buy in to 25% is a goer. Hopefully Bass can see off the claim and get a bigger foot in the door.

Post closed period, converting outstanding debts of only "up to £160k", to me suggests that the BSM money £1,500k is looking increasingly unlikely to arrive on time ...only a few weeks.... which might be more the reason for this placing.

"Working capital" listed right at the end.

"The net proceeds of the Placing will be used, inter alia, to complete due diligence on confidential corporate opportunities related to graphite based energy storage applications that the Company has been working on. The budget required to progress these opportunities is over and above the expansion funding provided for the Company's Loharano operation pursuant to the transaction with Bass Metals Ltd (as first announced on 2 September 2015), and will allow the Company to complete due diligence, finalise terms and documentation and provide working capital."

Well that's what happens when you partner with a company with no money.

Don't suppose they'll cough up on time. Never mind we'll just have another placing.

Seems we can't do enough for them. May as well give BSM 50%, they've earned it.

Let me guess this will be left until the last possible moment.

This will be funded with proceeds from the completion of the second tranche of funding totalling GBP1.5 million which is due from Bass Metals Ltd (as first announced on 2 September 2015) which is due no later than the end of March 2016.
