No Chris "pigs in trough" Hall retired, now no doubt sunning himself on a paradise island with the proceeds of Oksut and Inlice.

I think that I'm right in saying that Hutite is a previous early stage Anglo discovery and Pandora has Anglo's paw prints all over it too and what with DH now CEO at TS after previously being a founding member and director of STI it certainly smacks of Anglo believing TS will be very successful, more so than Crusader. I for one certainly wanted to see the Altintepe income be reinvested into TS and if this action means that will now happen I am right behind it but I do have a small reservation about DH coming back, what with money in the account and past pigs and troughs and all.

Not entirely comfortable with Dave being behind the action, it does smack a bit of the old guard returning now there's cash in the pot(or should I say trough)

Yes you are correct, I did a search and found they are CEO/CFO of Thani Stratex

I can't imagine they only have 24% support to do this

This is potentially very interesting

This is exciting I found their names on Thani Stratex website: DH is Chief Executive Officer and PF is CFO

I would imagine AngloGold and Teck want Stratex to back Thani Stratex, value could be enhanced quickly and at modest cost in comparison to the Crusader deal.

David Hall and Paul Foord are behind Thani Stratex. Remember Thani-Stratex wanted to IPO in Q4 and they were hoping for a $25m valuation.

David Hall is no relation to Christoper Hall BTW.

To double the share price from here you would only need a £5m jump in market cap to £10m as opposed to the Crusader deal when the company would need a valuation of £60m

Exciting times, you cannot ignore AngloGold and Teck.

So 25% are openly against the deal, how many more are against it. Market to date has shown investors don;t believe the deal would ever happen with Crusader share price well below the "deal price". Maybe now we know why.

Who are David Hall and Paul Foord? Should we be excited?

What is their plan? Do they have a plan?

CAN YOU BLAME THEM!

Deal looks a no-brainer for Crusader though!!!

Anglogold & Tck could eat Stratex and englebert for breakfast without chewing!!

This action bodes well for Stratex shareprice!

It's about Fu££ing time!!!!!!!!!

There was a suggestion of possibly not, but I suspect things will have been deliberately arranged such that Stratex would be on the hook in an expensive way asap. Whether or not that would stand up in court were it to turn out that the deal was in any way less than above board is a different matter.
