I will vote against this theft. Englebrecht is a goon working for his Aussie cronies. he doesnt even look like he should be running a company . Off with their heads and give us our money

Yes of course you are right Exbiz with such an extraordinarily successful news flow Stratex have been in a closed period for years and the miserably paid Directors sadly have been unable to profit from that success by buying shares in the market.
Blessed are the shareholders with gold jingling in every pocket !

Corguv are you suggesting that the company are not in a closed period. I'm surprised as I perhaps gave your investment knowledge greater credibility than it seems it deserves.

It's years since any Stratex director bought shares in the market, the only thing that was and is closed is their well filled wallets and confidence in the company they run.

I thought the last CEO was a clown but we managed to get a crooked clown as a replacement

But you've been saying it for the past few months now juju, what's the point in keep repeating it when they are in fact in a closed period and have been for the past few months

Latest interview following visit to Brazil, still cannot say too much due to a gagging order in place during the merger, more will come out in due course.

The message here is there is significant value ahead especially from a very low base.

Well I think he's been mugged a few times himself. For example

1. The sale of Altintepe

2. Takeover price

3. (I think) Believing he can stay as CEO of the new company.

Well, it looks like the market shares Marcus' excitement!

Does he take us for mugs? er ..well..yes.

After the scathing write up I expected the interview to be putting to him some of the questions raised by the article, but I was left struggling to understand the point of the interview other than letting us know that Marcus would be CEO of the new company and they will de-list from the OZ exchange.

I think the new company is exciting enough to attract interest and it will be interesting to see where the share price settles. Some of the timelines he mentioned were OK but I wanted to hear "we are going to build a mine within 9 months", what we got was a lot of waffle about two years worth of exploration.

He sold Archipelago for buttons and is doing the same with STI. The only gainer is himself .
