It is exceedingly reassuring that Mike Iantosca, leader of IBM's central ID Tools team, continues in 2019 to oversee the implementation and integration of AuthorBridge thus enabling their CCMS users with the ability to virtually walk-up and use with minimal training, as well as providing the wider business benefits for intelligent content authoring.

It is also worth noting that, irrespective of the current waves of negativity,Chairman David Ashman stated in the Prelims, released in March, that we, "look forward to growing future sales, supported by healthy cash reserves and a strong balance sheet".

How could one not be optimistic .

(Again, from the perspective of Stilo's current market cap.)

How could one "ramp" STL ?

Their shares were painfully undervalued at just 1p and will remain so until such time as they provide details of those new contracts.
The company was always about to declare a loss once they commenced amortising their intangibles on a projected 10 year basis.

Surely every investor should aim at buying into decent companies whist their share price is lower than it should be due to the impact of technical factors.

Buyers do indeed need to "beware",for the opportunity to buy whilst the Stilo M/Cap is sub £2million might not remain on the table beyond the next few weeks.

Well mud, your latest ramp of this stock has worked your magic once again, well done.

Do you think you will manage to get it up towards the 8p it once was again, only to see it back even lower or even de-listed as has been the conjecture for some time?

Good Luck unloading but buyers should be beware imo.

Now imagine this, next , we hear from the company no delisting.

What will happen to the share price?

You will then realise someone has been trying to steal your shares.

Bakunin.

Traction apparent ?

"The Rapid Prototyping Program combines validated content management technology from Astoria Software, process automation technology from TransPerfect, critical conversion technology from Stilo and information development services from leading consultant Mekon."

With "TransPerfect’s Rapid Prototyping Program now enabling device makers to build an evidence-based business case for management approval."(July 18th 2019)

"Industry-wide, the cost of implementing the EU’s new MDR and IVDR requirements is estimated at nearly $20 billion. A significant portion of that cost is due to new content requirements. Says TransPerfect MDS President Marc Miller, “Two critical areas affected by MDR and IVDR are labeling – including translations – and post-market surveillance. The new regulations will create a substantial, permanent increase in the volume and velocity of content in both of these areas. The only practical way to address this increase is through automation and AI.”

The Transperfect collaboration swiftly followed on from Componize Software and Stilo International announcing their partnership and product integration where "AuthorBridge offers an optimal authoring experience for SMEs, and integrates perfectly with Componize’s CCMS".

ALSO,Stilo has recently announced(without any fanfare)maiden contracts with both Intel and Visa !

Traction ?

I would categorise the above as "genuinely and realistically positive".

Wouldn't you ?

If one bought at 1p in say 2008, then as of yesterday when I made the remark that would be a 10% return over 11 years, no?
1p is actually the all-time low, so that would have to be ascribed to good timing.
Not sure from a L-T chart how you see that you could have got in and out of STL repeatedly at 1p and sold significantly higher, thus making a much bigger return than 10% over 11 years. STL is not exactly a trading share given the huge spread.
There was a short window in 2016/2017 when good returns could have been made from 2p to 8p, predicated on AuthorBridge coming out. However, with a new product coming out, most people were focused on investing in STL, not trading it.
But, as with all of the company's "initiatives", yet another product produced very little revenue.
If you're looking for a buy-out now, then that would be a very poor return on a purchase at 1p given the holding period. And as I said, 1p is more or less the all-time low.
Could you expand on the "distinct indications of traction". I hold, so I am all ears to anything genuinely and realistically positive.

I'm not quite sure about STL making that 10% Bakunin, for a decade ago I purchased 1 million shares at exactly 1p,only to virtually repeat the exercise yesterday.

Where else can you locate a share on AIM that has invested almost £5million perfecting its software suite and then bringing it to the market place, whilst fastidiously avoiding an adverse balance on its P&L account.

There are also distinct indications of traction.

At the current M/C a bid must surely be on its way.

You can simulate investing with a spread-betting account. You don't have to use leverage. Mind you, it wouldn't make sense to have a multi-year holding position with a stock like STL. Then again, Amazon has made something like 1000% for investors in the time that STL has made 10%.

Tried a dummy buy. Looks like you have to pick up the phone. That has always ended up in disaster for me. However, I do think STL is a very special case. All this talk on the board of de-listing is unsettling. I don't want to have to ever deal with certificates again. They were a nightmare in the past. Mind you, there are very significant disadvantages with nominee accounts. Much prefer spread-betting nowadays, even though that means paying daily interest on outstanding positions.

What's going on?
Nobody selling, so no market possible in the shares?
Back to basics, the company has to deliver some kind of operational bounce, not the same old collect-the-annual-licence-from-existing-Omnimark-customers that has been going on for almost 20 years. Trouble is they have something like 5 salesmen, to serve these "customers", for every developer. Not enough indians to accomplish anything.
