I live not too far away and know exactly what has been done and not done.
It is your head that needs examining if you believe everything that you read. It is their job to sell shares and they will print anything that will help that cause. You assume that they "must" have done the work stated in the RNS without knowing if they have done so or not.

And how do you know that or are you just making things along? On the 05.12.14 RNS it states "Stellar Resources (AIM: STG) advises that GMOW (Operations) Ltd ("GMOW"), the operator of Stellar Resources gold joint venture in Wales, has advised that it has received an Independent Technical Review from SRK ". It goes on and says ""The Welsh gold operating company has been working closely with the SRK Cardiff office for some time now, and this recent update from SRK clearly outlines a large number of priority targets that require exploration."

"We continue to work with SRK to finalise the detailed exploration programme and budgets for 2015 over the coming weeks and look forward to an active time in the field, as we assess both the near mine and regional opportunities for additional gold deposits in Wales.Exploration programme for 2015

In the light of the large number of regional and local-scale exploration targets generated by this recent review, the Company in consultation with SRK is currently developing a detailed exploration programme and budget for 2015 and beyond to assess the potential for the Clogau Gold mine and the overall Dolgellau Gold Belt. It is envisaged that this will be completed within a few weeks and will conclude with a clear and structured exploration programme of the licence area.

The exploration will comprise but not be limited to the following activities:

· An underground 3D mine survey;

· Geological and structural mapping at surface, incorporating top of bedrock sampling where possible;

· Underground geological and structural mapping;

· Underground Channel sampling;

· 3D Geological Modelling; and

· Definition of drilling targets. IF ONLY YOU BOTHERED TO DO SOME BASIC research before commencing your your deramping campaign you would not be facing such embarrassing facts . The work you are claiming never been done must have finished several months ago. FWIW anybody following you needs his/her head examined thoroughly .

of which none have been done. In the Option there are specific things that GMOW had to do to get the full mining Lease, they haven't done those either...

The fact is that its not a simple licence renewal but most likely permission to produce and sell. For that detailed drilling programs have to be submitted and council permissions must be sought. I spoke to someone very high up in GMOW and I was told that all this chat about NO GOLD or No licence is trash. There would be no point in having an exclusive option agreement which can not be exercised. I was also told that matters are progressing faster and that explains the mining finance accountant. Before a full fledged licence is granted, the crown estates need to carry out diligence that what is being proposed by the acquirer can be actually done . Hence the long time has taken. Having said that, this ping pong has been going on for sometime and gathering long more traction and consequently, good news could land anytime. All IMHO.

The missing bit is National Trust land. They have an agreement with the Crown that their land will not be open to mining/exploration. Simon Dominy did part of his report on this land!!!!

I spoke to a lady at GMOW around two weeks ago From Oz she was a chartered accountant specializing in mine finance and had started just a week before I spoke to her so why employ her if there is no gold licence. Really feel that adviser should be issuing clarification on what the true state of play is as respectable organisations are telling me two different things they can't both be right. What is the point of this licence if it is only a year as it will soon be time for next years licence at this rate, EVERYBODY GET ON THE PHONE KEEP UP THE PRESSURE

so basically no one knows what is going on at all.

if no permits, then that would be the end of GMOW surely. if they knew there were no permits surely they would shut down immediately!

so if GMOW is still running, then i reckon the permits status is still unknown or at least can't be a no. if it's a no then what would GMOW even do?

it's a bit of a shame there's not even an indication of when they would be ready. if at all.

are the permits more a formality though (as in isn't it a renewal?)

i hope it isn't too long though...

Messiahs are in abundance here rubbishing the oil and the gold. Those who follow the surely will be led astray. Sweepie did not get any official guidance of any kind. Only the RNS can make matters clear. Application for licence renewal was made several months ago and i does not take so much time to be granted.Hence the news is imminent.

The worlds most rarest Gold is Welsh Gold, there are many types of Welsh gold, most welsh gold is mixed with normal gold (world gold ) but you can get the unmixed welsh gold but it is very expensive, also even more rare is antique welsh gold.

so these gold permits clearly don't sound imminent after all... sweepie updated us on lse :-(

why was everyone sooo sure that they were imminent! was there actually any evidence to back this up or was it just wishful thinking.

oh well i guess HH might come to the rescue

HH will bear fruit after flow tests later this year. OIl is guaranteed to flow. If it flows at a rate of 30-100 bbl per day, then its horrible irrespective of how many billions underneath as recovery will be very slow. If it flows at good quantities, we will lift off in style and sky is the limit. Gold is about licence now.we have 49% of GMOW and there is every possibility that the recoverable resource runs into 100s of millions which will become apparent with resource update.pilot production can easily fund full scale production.
The deliberate and persistent negative campaign will evaporate into thin air once the licence matter is fully and transparently resolved. I have my position in here with a 5 million shares. Once the licence is renewed I will be adding another 10 million as it confirms my hedging strategy =gold plus oil. Irrespective of where we are as regards gold and oil we should be trading at 1.5p plus right now due to what we have anyway. I have seen gold /oil explorers trading at 5 times value greater than us when they have something completely unproven in distant lands and the business still needs very large funding. This is all in UK and the ticking of the boxes is imminent. IMHO its a very strong buy.

Another small purchase this morning, expecting news next week hopeful that licence will finally be issued with an operational update as Crown Estates in Wales stated that licence decision was passed to company last month, adviser states its at London Crown Estates being written up. Sounds like it has been issued but wouldn't put the house on it!!!!
