Interims due on August 5th - not long to wait really.

I'd expect plenty of buying as the interims approach - beat the rush and hold now imo.

Well, I just love the way the price rises on just about every buy! Bodes well for the coming weeks. Also you can only buy 5000 online I think so shares could be in short supply!

bucketfull: I have been an investor in statpro since late last year. I brought then because the firm was heavily undervalued (in my opinion). The price had fallen for months since its high with much of it inexplicable and based on a lack of interest in the shares. i was curious as to why so many new investors...

Even my little buy (1169 mopping up a £350 cash balance) was enough for 3 MMs to up their quotes. (Unless of course it coincided with some big concealed buy)

I bought on the director buys but only because I was already aware of the company and the recent AGM trading statement saying trading was in line and they expect to make an operating profit.

One I've eyed for some time - nice chart too.

PS: Dina - looks like buying in 4 smaller lots would have cost less than the premium you had to pay. (unless of course those lots prompted a price change)

A larger delayed buy will probably show up later - director buy has created interest.

The purchase comes just before the H1 end of the company so he has a good idea of how the period is about to finish.

A significant vote of confidence from a board member. First encouraging sign from this company for some considerable time. Presumably he won't invest £62.5K new money unless he is comfortable they are currently underpriced.

What's going on here then?

The chart looks lovely, the company says it continues to target full year operating profits, first 4 months are in line.

Now a director has just bought 250K upping his shares by 30% to 1m after a number of directors bought in May.


Might be worth watching.
