The best I can offer you is this statement from my broker: "we expect to receive the new shares on or shortly after 1st April 2016."

Investor, who says it is capitalised at £8m ? There will be 170m shares in issue. At 17p that is £25m plus. For a company losing a couple of million a year.....

a few weeks ago a wiltshire solicitor--a/c client? bought around 8pc of the equity====why not wailt til the funding is in view the rights issue and bid for the company at say 40p when a bid battle might ensue?---it is capitalised at the moment at only gbp8mn!!

In addition, may notice that continue to developed fields and get increase the debt.

OK, oil is heading back to $50. But that still does not help.

Iman is an idiot, I think all people know this now.

When he let Petrofac run the operations, it was fine. Ego got in the way.

rimmy, look at ENQ1, the 5% bonds. There is a total disconnect between the price of the ENQ shares and bonds.

Remember, the bonds have preference over shares, and they are junk.

Well, looks a safe short here at 22p - equity raise at 10p so those shares when admitted to the market will be sold instantly. Thus, this will revert towards the funding price. Almost invariably that is the case.
