22/9/2005 13:52 | Reminds me of the end of last decembers graph. but I always think the graph never forcasts, just follows the markets, it lags behind the trades, imho | ![]() abergele
21/9/2005 21:24 | All sales are met by the buys ,IMHO. No reason for this not to climb now they have gone through. Gibbons have a sale,s site on Ebay.getting shut of old and unwanted stock, not a bad way to shift it, and not charging as much as others for post/packaging | ![]() abergele
21/9/2005 16:23 | With the 70/- buy yesterday and another two totalling 55/- today, just three lumpy trades have already taken out that 135/- sale @ 96.5p yesterday. This is good volume for this stock and hopefully presages another run on that £1 resistance. But even as I type this another 125/- sale @ 96.5!! | ![]() skyship
20/9/2005 17:47 | 135 000 T trade at the end of the day, volume's up to 233K and curving up just like the end of August. Rush of blood within days. | ![]() high park
20/9/2005 13:52 | Looks imminent to me too after looking at the trades over the past 3 weeks; so topped up with another 5/- first thing this morning. Certainly no point in deliberately holding the share price back; so I suspect if there is any more director stock on the loose, it will hold off, especially in view of the advanced stage of the Investment Fund negotiations. | ![]() skyship
20/9/2005 12:21 | Maybe, but who's to say directors won't sell shares yet again to hold below £1?? | gregory0106
19/9/2005 22:26 | Move up's imminent! | ![]() high park
16/9/2005 09:56 | maybe they forgot to put a stamp on the enevelope?... | ![]() wiganer
16/9/2005 09:54 | Thanks guys, I'll have to contact my broker Squaregain (used to be called Comdirect) and ask where my ££ is! | gregory0106
15/9/2005 12:08 | Payment date was 12th September | ![]() ygor705
15/9/2005 08:01 | I think the dividend is due to be paid about now. Does anyone know the correct date I should get some money (I know its only a small div) | gregory0106
13/9/2005 16:28 | I am a holder of Stanley Gibbons. There seem to be lots of believers in Stamps as investments.Stanley Gibbons is a massive brand name and has a leading/unique position as trader and point of reference in this World. The profits from this alone is enough reason to buy the stock. What the IC article made clearer to me is the added extra potential that does not seem to be in the price right now. The added extra is provided by the possibility that they may be able to create some stamp funds thereby opening up stamp investment as an investment vehicle for the masses. If this happens it will be massive for the company.IC estimate that this could double or treble trunover... Then there is the extra added extra which is their move into collectables. Collectables is already big business and it is set to grow and grow .Here Stanley Gibbons has a chance to stretch their brand name as point of reference for whatever is sold through them. The key driver here a nd throughout the group is the web.The websites look attractive and they bring the buyers and sellers together effortlessly and cheaply on a global scale. I am excited about this stock and will be buying some more. Just thought i'd share my view on it with you. Robsy | ![]() robsy2

12/9/2005 14:08 | Suspect that the chart will put out a pennant from here until something makes the price break one way or the other. | ![]() ygor705
11/9/2005 13:00 | Little mention in the Sunday Business today. | ![]() mw8156
09/9/2005 19:54 | If it comes down any more it will break the 4 month trend line and it could go anywhere. | ![]() ygor705
09/9/2005 15:43 | Offer back below £1 - time to top up. Well, I would if I had any cash spare (all in BP at the moment) | gregory0106
06/9/2005 17:10 | One f.t.money, I was away from home ,saw program, and was fully expecting a rise of 3 to 4 p, perhaps tomorrow,? This shares graph looks good to me,but the spread stops you getting in and out unless you are willing to stay put for a while..imho Patience will be rewarded for the long-timers I'm sure.. | ![]() abergele
06/9/2005 16:51 | Abergele - saw the bit on Working lunch - seemed all good stuff to me. Though it might generate a bit of interest this afternoon. Cheers 1-4 | one for the money
06/9/2005 16:04 | Did anyone see the "Working Lunch" free commercial for the share today, quite well put together. Should generate a bit of outside interest? | ![]() abergele
01/9/2005 14:34 | The share-price seems well above the moving averages.momentum should again be up, its always pausing ,in this mode going forwards..imho | ![]() abergele
31/8/2005 15:00 | Well, if theyre selling, then a buyer is lined up, and if they cant find a buyer easily the strike would be a good chunk below bid which it isnt. Its only logical that directors lighten their load if they made 1000% no matter about the fundametals. Its called diversification. | ![]() yf23_1 |
