End of the wolt

I'm going to look up nostradamus on line and see if he made any references to the end of the world happening on an overcast Thursday triggered by the housebuilders sector and TW in particular.

shorters have sold the share price down. The enterprise value of the business is higher; the price will be in the reigion of the price when further fundrasinng was mentioned publically after being discussed privately and leaked before a lot which is why it drifted down to .35ish.

Therefore I suspect it will either bu suspended soon or the issue will be at a much higher price then the current share price they may also be able to borrow the money more easily rather than have a further dilution, they do have sales and I thought they were profitable?

Fair market cap is £6.2 based on all known evidence.Otherwise it would be higher.

It was £30million plus when we saw off the last management thinking they were the problem! How we've learnt since then.

Current management have overseen one of the biggest % loss in all holders investments than any previous management. 1.24 to .15 [if you want to sell any volume]88% loss without any good times in there which the last lot had plenty of before the bad times.Under PM we have only ever had bad times.

The only way the share price will climb again is if there is significant interest in buying them. That will only happen when they close a deal. There will be plenty to buy at sub .20 over the next month and, unless they close a big deal, which is as likely as them letting everyone know when the AGM is in reasonable time,it will just be same old, same old.

Current MKT Cap £6.2 mln fair mkt cap imo is £15-£20mln so even if there are double the shares we should still be looking at a decent increase

wolt.
Temptation is there to bank all but I've closed some open positions however my main holding is in a SIPP so I have to be very patient with that and try to resist the sell button for the longer term gain.I can believe the BLNX story a bit more comfortably now after the results.

I think that is all part of the plan. For all the lip service they have given about 'shareholder' value, they have no concern whatsoever for existing shareholders.

The new shareholders that they have been courting will one day be existing shareholders and treated with the same disdain.

There is only one group of people who will do well out of this is those that earn a alary from SEO and have direct access to what is and isn't going on.They are the only people armed with the information as to whether the discounted price is a good bet or not.Everyone else is basing decisions purely on trust that they will do the right thing. Something that they have patently failed to do up to this point.

It would have to be a significant discount in my opinion to get the interest of anyone so I wouldn't be at all suprised at .10 [bearing in mind they will be flooding the market with effectively double the amount of shares already in the market so there will be a massive dilution factor anyway.].

One of the reasons the share price is where it is now is because any existing holder who is going to take part in the cash call has/can sell their stock now at .18 and above and buy the same amount of stock back at .10 [for example, that is speculation only] which is what has been going on since the announcement.

have had a little tipple again on these, purely speculative and fully prepared to lose the lot, just figure in time, the principle is sound, just need to strike it lucky. Have they ever looked at disposable water bags for africa, they use bags rather than bottles and they're stroon all across the landscape out there, biodegradable ones would be a right winner ?

If that is their thought/hope, what they fail to realise is that many who invested here have virtually nothing worth selling up and moving on with.

One of the purposes of my regular posts is to ensure the management realise that this won't go away just by ignoring it.They read these boards and they are hoping any old shareholders will just die away or sell up and go so that they can then start again with the new ones as if nothing happened.

In the next few days we are all going to have our investments diluted yet again.

I will not be letting this go.

Sept 09...oh well...

Results are very impressive yes, and I am very happy with what is happening over there....also heavily in profit, but won't be selling one share for a long time yet.

Sorry for off topic folks...

Back on topic....try and remain a little more positive with this one please...too many negative posts doesn't do this thread any good...we all know what we think of management and their mistakes...and we have put it up here many times...it doesn't need constant repeating....good luck mate..!!

football asked advfn to ban me for a comment from September 09.They did.

He may have spoilt their fun as the results over there were damn impressive and the share price surge rewarding those that believed. They could have had a field day but footy's actions have denied them that.

I'm very happy with my holding over there though. In profit FFS!

It would be nice to hear PM make a combative rebuttal but he won't even tell us what price he is selling us out at to his new investors so not a hope in Hell of him doing anything to help existing shareholders.

I still don't get what will change about the managements attitude/approach after they've sold us out and got the cash in their back pockets. It will be the same board that couldn't give a monkeys cuss about shareholders before but now they will not have to speak to anyone for ages.

Bear in mind it is now nearly 5 months into 2010 and STILL no deals closed. Why will it change just because they can go quiet again?

'While the court failed to prove that patents had been violated' surely that's the crux of the allegation?

Novamont were claiming patents had been violated?
