Why would anyone in their right mind throw more money at this dog? It has a history of delivering failure. In my view this company is headed for failure with or without the cash. They burn cash, they cannot close any decent deals. So who's responsible for closing big deals? Yip and it's not like the BoD (all punching grossly way above their weight) has changed after the cash is handed over. These people should not be running a public company. Their track record is appalling. I own share but I now treat this stock as something to ridicule now and then when I am bored :-) I won't give them more money. Each to their own.

yep they are working out a large order and i have to agree with grax IF they do get this placing away it will be less than todays share price but i also hope/pray that fur is correct but i doubt it.

Another 5 mil sold today must be at a large loss as share price has not been at this level for a long time if ever!!

Remember sales are up and the the problem as ever seems to be in the RF div that is using up the cash. 50% of the cash mentioned is in the JV so the real cash position is not as high mentioned as this will be share of cash, rather than cash in its own accounts. That said the whole eneterprise does have substanstial sales and increasing so I am a little miffed that the share price has tanked at this stage though I accept that they have come back with the hat again, and this has caused problems with investors.

It is normally at an ave. share price for a certain time before it is finalised but it will, I think, depend on what weeks. Fur, I hope you are right and you may well be. Would be nice to be able to buy a few million at 0.18 though. :)

I still think it will be at an average or premium to the price when they announced it. The enterprise value of the business is almost certainly higher the sp, and any decent advisor would be pointing this out. I would love it and if I was the mgt I would trying like mad, including offering much more concessions on salary inclduing taking part in the fund raising if they could get it away at .30p, the average price for some weeks before they announced it. I would also stuff a lot of the critics.

I also think the fund raising will be in the teens. 0.18 is my guess. Hope it is a lot higher though for the cos. sake and a lot lower for my sake assuming I can find some money for some.
