10/5/2010 12:58 | A very interesting AGM I should think | nobby40
10/5/2010 12:54 | eaj Wrong again as usual. Tut tut, do some research before you post. 22nd April Preliminary Results 16th April Annual Information Update 29th April Preliminary Results and Interim Management Statement Late June Annual General Meeting (date to be confirmed) The above list, straight from the website, is pretty unhelpful but that's SEO for you. They can't announce the AGM date yet as it will be subject to the response to the cash call. Then they will shuffle it around in an effort to shake off angry shareholders. I'd plump for week commencing 21st June and probably on the Thursday so 24th June would be my guess. | grax
10/5/2010 12:52 | Thanks. Central London again? | porketh

10/5/2010 12:14 | Will Mines face shareholders at the AGM? I had asked SEO IR when the AGM is and have not recieved a response. Great PR that, too. | porketh
10/5/2010 10:08 | I see that SYM is up again. They are using those sneaky tricks of closing deals and reporting them to support their share price They have gone up 10x since the dark days.In that same timescale we have not moved in spite of spending all the cash to achieve 'traction'. The company would still be obliged to announce any deal they sign even during this purgatory while we wait for an update on the cash call. The absence of any such RNS means they still can't get anyone to put pen to paper. I doubt that position will change even if they get to refill the petty cash tin from shareholders. | grax
07/5/2010 14:58 | It's obvious from the historic posting that there are certain connected parties always praising the current management regardless of performance. The facts speak for themselves in terms of your share value and their remuneration, not to mention the millions and millions you raised almost gone to the point of a cash crisis. It's not difficult to get to the key fund managers providing you have representative voice, powerful support and above all a credible proposition. All they want is to see a good ROI and so far this sham has failed to deliver. IMO mines was never a top draw big hitter and never will be. He's been paid a ridiculous amount and no one has done anything to control earnings against performance linked in any way to share value. It's for as many PI's to get organised as possible and to appoint a couple of intelligent business aware spokes persons who can put a credible proposition to those key fundies. CEO and FD nominees or a profile of the candidate required, a credible realistic strategic and tactical plan for organic, partnering and acquisition growth complete with a robust financial 1-3year plan. Key milestones and targets for delivery in terms of growth, turnover, profit and overheads/cost base AND share value..... all linked to remuneration(shares and base salary) Any funding must be conditional, I've hinted at what some of these should be, it's up to you guys, I am invested elsewhere and removed all my funds from here at around 14.5p (having bought several million at 1.6 - 2.5p one winter and more when Andy stepped aboard being rated as one of the top fundies), accepted this wasn't 29 or 30p, but realised (not early enough) they were only going one way. I only invest when I believe in the IP/product sales potential and above all a credible management team. Hence I've not invested nor would I until there is a clear out. I still rate the lower level expertise and IP. I'll not post again, I'll do what I can for you behind the scenes and wish you luck Pleasure Grax | qsmelly456

07/5/2010 10:49 | Dr J giving advice now! He didn't recommend Langbar I notice. I think he must be connected to the company.Nobody could be that unaware of what has happened to his investment. | grax
07/5/2010 10:47 | not really DrJ, still having fun with my 'Superyachts' NG. sliding, natch and will do further when they pay out the dividend! half a mind to 'go away in May' | wolterix
07/5/2010 10:43 | only a distant mirage | antline
07/5/2010 10:42 | Morning wolt. That was very quick. Made any money back yet? Have a look at ACTA and RRL if you have the time or interest. I am not in ACTA but they were recommended to me by a friend and it might suit you? | dr jekyll
07/5/2010 10:40 | antline - have a guess morning DrJ | wolterix
07/5/2010 10:39 | Your post suggests that you are not currently invested here Mr QSmelly456? Are you watching with a view to getting in at a cheaper share price or just interested in slating the management and getting them out? Or both? If the latter why so keen on that when you have only been posting on here very recently and presumably have no long term frustration with the management as a few on here do? Kindly try to reply if you do choose to do so without trying to label me as dishonest or connected to the company simply because you think I may disagree with you over something. | dr jekyll
07/5/2010 10:31 | Is it True? BUYHoly sh-it! maestr0 someone bought a load above market price...got to be a good sign! | antline
07/5/2010 10:25 | Can't argue with that.Schroders and fidelity are the people needed. I would also agree we need to get urgent about this as I believe PM has a plan to scuttle away to AIM if he can get through this latest disaster. He would then be under far less scrutiny from the regulator than he is now and would be required to communicate even less than currently. I have been unable to get direct response from the two funds above and we need someone who has a route to Andy Brough etc. | grax
07/5/2010 10:15 | If you wish to save your investment and prevent your IP from being stolen cheap you'll stump up the cash but impose the conditions and more that I outlined earlier. Not sure there are many posters with the intellect, investment levels or the skills and know how to mobalise a powerful force against the current management shambles? BUT if there are then might I suggest you get organised PDQ, it's a bit late for a list of questions (however good), and the time for those was long ago, one might even say before you invested! Now it's time for resolutions that are legal and get the necessary voting level to be carried. To do this you need get major shareholder support. Present cogent robust and coherent evidence based case, shouldn't be too hard. Good Luck LOLsss | qsmelly456
06/5/2010 10:59 | Here is another one of the management apologists.eaj does nothing but wave a flag for the management which he has done all the way down. Did you have a thought you wanted to share eaj or just the usual 'hurrah, management are brilliant'? | grax
06/5/2010 10:56 | Just enterd the twilight zone me thinks. | eajxg19 |
