02/5/2010 08:34 | Morning Tony,my view is maybe alittle simplisticit, all depends on personal investment and losses incurred.the products,we are lead to believe will be groundbreaking but I do agree the management could be doing much better, could it be they want rid of the many PI's they have aquired over the years.(conspiry theories!)OT sat in sunnier climes right now eating breakfast, regards. wolt understand your thinking,my funds depleted also!regards. | boldtrader

01/5/2010 12:19 | anyone been reading the SYM thread re 'renumeration'...? yes, Boldtrader - my money's out for the minute - doesn't help them of course, and in effect I'm passing the buck in terms of picking up the latest 'passing the plate round', but I can't help that, and I don't have the funds to help them out anyways... I do hope they get thru' this, maybe they take it on the chin that maybe you have to be generating income before lofty thoughts of acquisitions etc... and get on with clinching some juicy deals.. and then we're back on track and I'm re-invested.. | wolterix

01/5/2010 12:05 | Generally I agree with you Boldtrader. But in going with our investment in SEO does not mean acceptance that the Directors, appointed by us to act on our behalf, still have our confidence. With successive placings over the years our voices are diminished. But after looking at my losses, and still believing in the products etc, I think a change is needed. | tonyrelaxes
01/5/2010 09:14 | Seems to me we have to go with this funding or the chances of loosing our investment in seo is a strong possibility. Biodegradable plastis are going to happen(are happening). The amount of waste petro plastic floating around the world in our waters is horrifying, massive Co's around the world know this. This is no longer pie in the sky dreamworld technology,it's going to happen. If we dont back SEO now in what they claim to be the final hurdle before we get to market SEO may disappear, but one thing is for certain some Company somewhere will pick up all the patents and groundbreaking tech for a song and go onto big financial rewards. Been here many years now expected to be richer long ago with this one, just have to be alittle patient alittle longer Alot of deramping on this bb since the results, all i can say is if you dont believe, sell, simple as that, put it down to a bad investment, move on, life is great, your health is your wealth.Regards to the posters I have befriended over the years.God luck to all. Cheers. | boldtrader

30/4/2010 14:38 | not that it's of any use to SEO natch.. Chinese potato starch firm ups production By staff reporter, 30-Apr-2010 Chinese potato starch producer China Essence is ramping up capacity with the construction of two new facilities, expected to be completed this autumn. The company, which was established in 2001 and listed in Singapore in 2006, specialises in starch and starch-based products like vermicelli and noodles, as well as potato protein and fibre. Its flagship product is a 5-grain noodle which is said to be smoother, stronger and more elastic than traditional noodles, a mainstay of the Chinese diet. As well as the food sector, it produces some 18,000 tonnes of modified starch a year which is used by the textiles, paper, adhesive, oil, mining, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Northeast China and Inner Mongolia, where it has its facilities, are prime potato-growing regions. The two new facilities are being built in Nenjiang in Heilingjiang, and in Zhalantun, Inner Mongolia, and will have a combined capacity of 80,000 tonnes a year. The news, announced today in an update of business operations, comes on the back of a scheme announced in 2008 to double potato protein production to 160,000 tonnes a year. Potato fibre production is also increasing to 160,000 tonnes a year. In January, China Essence made it onto the Forbes list of China's fastest-growing companies. It achieved 25th place out of 200. Since 2004 it has boasted ISO-certification. The company reported its Q3 financial results in February: Revenue was RMB314.0m, representing an 11 per cent decline on the prior year period but a 39.5 per cent quarter-on-quarter increase. | wolterix
