The price could always be at a premium to the current sp; they may have decided on the enterprise value rather than the shorted and manipulated sp;

That would be a nice surprise to a lot here.

'don't enjoy seeing it being run into theground'

no, but the point was, this cash call was on the cards and unavoidable.
You remained invested regardless and should have known it was coming.

Now it has come, you act all shocked and make it out as if the management has done it of their own free will and deliberately!

Not being self important, just saying it as it is.

I think the Jersey connection just lost the will to live after spending years pointing out to the management what they could/should be doing and getting the bum's rush just like anyone else that could see the obvious pitfalls and tried to communicate this to the arrogant board.

That must have takensome doing to de-enthuse him because he had committment in spades.

langbar?

The previous years of 'shafting' are irrelevent.
The point is, you'd have known this 'shafting' was coming.
It was nothing new, so why were you not expecting it?

yes, what price was the main question. They've now shown they're well underway, but the dilution remains unclear.

Thanks Fur

I hadn't thought that they were raising the money to ensure sufficient funds to cover their termination pay offs!

Seems so obvious now and in keeping with everything they've done to date.

The dirty, greasy.....................

Going to be one hell of an AGM

Hi wolt, we called it right ;-)
Haven't read all the posts this morning but funny that some posters are not thanking grax, wolt, myself and others for pointing out that a placing was imminent instead stating that it was obvious. Well if it was obvious why not get out at .4p when we first brought it to their attention. more traders turned long termers sucked in hoping for a bounce on results

In other words, like I run my group of companies, I keep sufficient cash to make sure me, the staff and other directors I like, is kept on the balance sheet but away from the rest of the pot. So they have made sure there is always enough to pay themselves redundancy etc.

You might say greed, I might say common sense and human nature. However the size of their pay in relation to the compnay and its turnover is large, but then again they would have paid remuneration consultants to prove it is the "market rate" slewed of course by the excessees paid to the largest listed compnaies and banks.

The threat to reduce only after the successful raising is a little silly.

25% of what though?

The share price wobbles around anyway [almost always down] so 25% discount on yesterdays close? todays close? some future dates close? Nobody knows and therefore institutions will not come in because of the unknown.Under Due Diligence rules they have to know what they are agreeing to.

If the share price drops to .22 today and the discount was struck at yesterdays close of .31 then it's all ready shot to pieces [I suppose that is the 'non-binding' part!]

look guys i know i am out so will look like a proper deramper/shorter which i am not. The obvious thing to me is the instis said "on ya bike" to 2.7m and at a discount of lets say 25% on the day the offer was made. This is sicker than we are being told.
