Posted at 03/4/2024 11:53 by cwa1 Anyone else NOT got their dividend through iWEB? Mine not in yet!Got it in all the other brokers I hold with |
Posted at 27/9/2023 16:21 by dope007 Many are yielding higher than the Prefs. Sell off may have a little to go but if we are near a peak in rates I think equities will outperform. Especially since I also have the most recent dividend here due into my ISA |
Posted at 25/9/2023 14:59 by dope007 Just sold 1/3rd of my holding for 111.59p so clearly there is demand for them, but with the divi and the capital gain I have done very well on them. Now to watch the end of month dump on the equity mkts for re-investment into |
Posted at 25/9/2023 13:54 by dope007 Paid a tad over 103p for these and now have the divi. With the mkt wanting to sell off due to rates not dropping early enough for them I am close to getting tempted to sell and move into equity. a fair few of them yielding more than these prefs with those yields going higher as prices fall. Results have been strong and capital buffers are strong. Today is too early but if it continues it will become a no brainer for me |
Posted at 06/9/2023 09:40 by jong Going XD next week I think for 4.125p per share payable around 1st October. Maybe someone is rotating into these from another similar pref for the better yield (as well as divi). |
Posted at 28/7/2023 10:38 by stemis On offer at 104.7p which, with 3 months dividend baked in, is a yield of 8.0%. In a year or two this is going to look like an absolute bargain... |
Posted at 17/7/2023 10:29 by dope007 Just sold RSAB for 104 and bought STAC for 103.5 in my ISA. Bought RSAB at around 100p ave and have had a dividend so happy with the swap based on the relative prices and dividend %. |
