Result of 2022 Annual General Meeting

The 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Staffline, the recruitment and training group, was held today, Thursday 26 May 2022. All of the resolutions proposed at the AGM were duly passed, with the exception of Resolution 5, which was withdrawn, all other resolutions were passed by shareholders. The Company notes there was a sizable vote against Resolution 11, representing 39.20% of votes cast on the resolution. Feedback received from certain shareholders indicated that some were concerned by the potential dilution caused by an allotment of shares.
