Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it has been notified that on 7 April 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold and repurchased an aggregate 10,621 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 61p and 61.2p per Ordinary Share respectively, through a 'Bed and ISA' arrangement on behalf of underlying private clients .

Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest remains unchanged at 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares.
