Sorry folks, I'm in Singapore but not work related. I don't think it's logical move but I could be wrong, either way it's a great news.

I get the impression pi’s have sold out early as the buyout process has. Ot happened quickly and they have sold their holdings when back in profit.
These things can take time and likely hrnet have been waiting for the right moment. For the last week or so the gbd has fallen due to the prospects of a no deal brexit happening. But that has all changed today and there is a probability that brexit wont happen which will make the pound rise in value again. My guess is hrnet have decided to buy now as they do not want the exchange rate to rise further.

Investors need to just be patient.
The bid will come at some stage and probably soon but no one really knows when.

What we do kmow is hrnetgroup paid a premium of £1.80 for 25% which allowed them to sit tight until they were ready and then they would only need to purchase 5% more before having to bid for the whole company.
The waiting i would guess would be for the value of the pound to drop, which is exactly what has just happened and now almost certainly they have bought that extra 5%. Just need to wait on the declaration now.

Don’t be scared into selling out.

Would say their average price is now about £1.70ish given the bulk at £1.80

They first exceeded 5% on 22nd July after the fund raise. As they were previously below I don’t think there is a way to know as their stated % before this was formally submitted as N/A.

Must be over £1.80 as they were holders before the fundraise weren't they?

Can anybody work out their current average price?

Yes, I agree. Get to 30% at a cheaper price and then buy a block from a holder for more. Better that than the other way around.

I would think the next stake HRnet buys will be a block that takes them over 30% and trigger a bid. No point hanging about just below that. Imo

It’s a difficult one to predict ,,,, if they have got wind of results being better than expected , they have a double edged sword . Firstly the exchange rate is favourable , and secondly the price is cheap

Seems very unlikely that a rival company would buy just the amount that HRnet need to get them to touching distance of 30%. My guess is it is HRNET. Two reasons. 1. Weak GBP. 2. Results next week, if hey are good hen they will have to pay a higher price. My view is we will see a bid soon. Not sure if they will come in before or after results?
