If HS reach that % then their hand will be forced and any bulk buying support will be gone. Even with that pressure this share is barely above the capital raise price.

Reasons?

No dividend until 23/24 at earlest
Terrible PR and Comms
Directors not buying as promised
Poor value gains for share.... holders
No news or big contracts
UK Economy to be the worst performer 23

Strong start at Robert Walters for Q1 was welcome news, continuing the recent trend, bides well for staf

A possible test of 55-56p is on the lower range of the monthly graph however you would have to revert to a two year graph to get to 50p test.
Anything possible but I think we are in a much healthier place and fundamentals are extremely strong. Sentiment is against the stock market however Director buys at much higher prices recently underpins confidence in the company. It would be nice to see the Chairman etc make purchases but I do see positive things at Staffline and believe a rise is long overdue. RSI looking attractive again just need more positive media exposure etc.
Not one to panic and a buying opportunity for me personally
