Board Change

The Company announces that Cath McCormick, the Company's Finance Director, will be leaving the Group at the end of this month to take up an alternative position, and will cease to be a director of the Company on 30 November 2019.
The Group's experienced finance team will fulfil her day-to-day duties until a suitable replacement can be identified.
Graeme Paton, Chief Executive, commented, "The Board wish to thank Ms McCormick for her excellent work during her time as Finance Director. We wish her well in the future."
