10/4/2014 17:30 | Is there an update tomorrow? | luckymouse
03/4/2014 20:45 | technical move if you ask me. breaks through 200p so that alerts some traders to join in encouraging a further share price increase. | melody9999
03/4/2014 13:28 | no idea, but v nice indeed :) | redips2
03/4/2014 13:05 | Yep I wonder why this is happening. Tipped somewhere? | gswredland
03/4/2014 12:26 | Looks like the bot has finally moved the mountain. Next leg up under way. | lord gnome
03/4/2014 12:20 | Hopefully we can now say good buy to 200p - nice rise today | davr0s
13/3/2014 14:22 | So do we have a BOT accumulating shares ? Could take a while but happy to have someone just chipping away at the buys as it will move the price eventually | davr0s
11/3/2014 09:11 | Maybe I reduced here too early? Looking good, and if they can make the acquisitions hum this has some legs imo. "Print Services segment major restructuring now complete and overall level of profitability maintained" - that looks like a great piece of management. Recovery in the economy always bodes well for marketing too - Communisis management has already commented about improved marketing budgets in their clients. | edmundshaw
11/3/2014 08:51 | 2 x 500k trades just a few seconds apart and at prices just a fraction of a penny apart. That's either a position being rolled over or a put through. Hence, no movement in he share price. | lord gnome
11/3/2014 08:50 | 500k buy. Pretty big . Just be an institution for that amount . Solid results and growth. Continue to stay in this one. | nickjoseph
11/3/2014 08:49 | Excellent announcement this morning. It all reads very positively and we look set for another year of good growth as the economy picks up speed. | lord gnome
11/3/2014 07:16 | Yes happy with these. Looks like someone knew yesterday given the strong buying - can't believe someone would take such a large position day before the results otherwise. Still if the price can break 200 I shall be quite happy. | davr0s
11/3/2014 07:11 | Rock solid. | richtea1701
11/3/2014 07:09 | Wakey wakey....good news? (I'm still reading me Beano) | waveneygnome
10/3/2014 15:05 | Some big buys here today. Price yes to respond but maybe this buying is the precursor to that | davr0s
04/3/2014 20:34 | To be honest I did not dig into the detail other than confirm the earn out structure. I hope they hit the maximum earn out and if they hit £5m or above so surpassing the highest target then they still only get the maximum quoted in the RNS. Also not to forget 15% is paid in shares. | davidosh
04/3/2014 17:57 | Thanks davidosh. As long as this year's figures are repeatable, that looks more OK purely on a price basis. I'd prefer to see that info in an RNS though... Did the FD give any indication that they expected to get more growth out of the business, or why the sellers sold? | edmundshaw
04/3/2014 17:29 | Well done David. Good management it seems. | richtea1701
04/3/2014 17:04 | They are very pleased with the deal and so am I. | davidosh
04/3/2014 17:00 | Thanks for that david. I must say that to my untrained eye they did look to have paid a very full price. I am now reassured. | lord gnome
04/3/2014 16:57 | Just to add a bit more clarity to yesterdays announcement. I have spoken to the FD and the earnout is based on a multiple of EBITDA at eight times whatever is achieved with a maximum to be paid as shown in the RNS. You can also see that the eight times multiple has been used for the price paid to date. | davidosh
04/3/2014 13:51 | you may catch them on a downy day lees, cheers :) | redips2
04/3/2014 11:25 | I'm monitoring with interest redips :-) I think if the share price dipped to ~180-185p I'd then buy a few... I like the share price chart trend too.. Cheers, | leeson31
04/3/2014 11:09 | so have you dipped a leg in lees :) ? | redips2 |
