At 7:30 am the only broker listed as paticipating looks like HL but there is no message about SRT on my account page there.
Also, the only terms I can see relates to a minimum subscription (by broker?) of £250 and no minmum qualification (per shareholder ?) |

'further details ...' which of course they didn't in any meaningful sense. I don't think I have ever come across a fund-raising underwritten by one existing shareholder which is then delayed because of 'ongoing discussions with (presumably other) existing shareholders regarding participation in the fund-raising' and no doubt even more discussions with the first one, who in this case has already put up $21.4 million in cash. |
That's because they are referring to the 30th October RNS I believe in which it said
Further to the announcement made on 28 October 2024, the Company expects to announce further details regarding the Fundraising on 11 November 2024. |
Oh I see, My mistake. I hadnt seen that. To be fair though, they made a mistake in the RNS. Should have stated 28th October not 30th October. Somewhat careless, doesn't anyone check these. |

Hmm never fails to dissapoint.
First I have heard of yet another fundraise. Yet they imply we should already know about it. Fundraise update, well that implies its already been mentioned.
Share price reaction today will give us an indication of the price.
If they have a firm contract in place they should borrow the money but maybe its not as certain as it seems. |
