Always the same. Will they need a cash raise, if so at what price 3p ? in these markets. Really kicking myself for getting drawn in yet again. |
Just listen to yump lol. He's the expert. Lol. |
That’s a long winded way of saying we have missed our targets - again |
opportunities |
From linked in SRTS AtoN Business Development Manager Jeremy Peat
Just wrapped up an incredibly successful first trip to Tokyo, where I had the privilege of meeting the Senior Team at Zeni Lite Buoy. We had insightful discussions about Digital AtoNs in the Southeast Asia markets and explored a wealth of strategic opportunities. Looking forward to many more productive visits in the future! |
- - which I'm guessing would then tie into this from July 2023? |
Looks like this company: |
Our DAS man is obscuring the company name unfortunately. The mix of Chinese characters and Japanese make it difficult to guess without the entire name. |
Good end to to the day! |
"Expanding our DAS partnerships in Asia" - New photo in the gallery. Recognise anyone? |
It's a tough call isn't it - if they actually announce one of the much-anticipated contracts you could see this going through the roof. Just how 'imminent' are they? Do you feel lucky punk? |
I just bought 22695 shares @17.88p to average down the cost of my holding. I hope that it is not throwing away the money. |
I disagree Yump-this company has been to the table many times looking for working capital.Taking on big contracts needs working capital-tooling up, personnel blah blah. Its other weakness is the balance sheet-why would big companies and countries take a risk in thinly capitalised partners.
Its to their credit that they are even on the same pitch as the bigger players but ultimately the business needs proper working capital |
Fft
Afaik I didn’t say anything about success or placings.
God this is like politics. Don’t read what anyone else is posting - just dump what’s in your head. |
Pinkfoot Ambulance chasing not referring to you, but if you want to associate yourself with one its up to you. The moron is just here for no reason other than, well, who knows. Just the same on orher threads.
Try reading my posts and understanding properly what I said about your (yet again) comment on larger group, the completely changed investment that would make it, the fact that the problems with contract signings and delivery up to now are nothing to do with funding of SRT, ST’s phillipines problem is nothing to do with funding or size, etc etc.
The only relevant part is that only recently the financial ratio issue for future projects had arisen. That is a function of the existing contract delays, not SRT’s size.
Unless you think a load of brown envelopes and dodgy chums would have changed things.
I assume you actually do read posts ? |
You’re not the only one-I caught FOMO on this one, largely because of being in it for so long.
Hopefully there is another rabbit-if not, this is heading below 10p. |
How I got drawn in again at 60p and 22p defies belief is beyond me, another AIM disaster story. |
Most of the equity is held either by board (or ex-board) members or very high net worth individuals - who range from campsite entrepreneurs in Devon to former top finance people to the most recent, viz Clake via Oceans Infinity. Most of the new money over the years has come from them. There has been very limited access for PI's to the various fund raisings. |
looks like this is joining the 90% club,,, june 23, one year, nearly 90% value lost,, might be time to start making changes to the board |
I wouldn't have thought so crystball, but I do think that they would have done a modicum of due diligence on SRT, starting with a perusal of their financials - which over the years clearly shows extreme over-optimism barely punctured by repeated profit warnings and subsequent needs for fresh capital. A careful check of what they were currently claiming would no doubt have been made.
Their hiring stance does not look or feel like they are stressed and I fully expect both the Indonesian and Saudi projects to start soon. |
Will Ocean Infinity make an offer to buy SRT? I wonder. |
I’m not an ambulance chaser Yump-I have been saying for a long while that the company should be sold to a bigger group and have stayed with it on the basis the BOD would have the same view.
As for Homeboy, he does make some valid points but the delivery could be improved. No one likes a ‘told you so’ especially when it’s heading south |
