In December 2013, the Company reorganised its share capital to be on a more appropriate basis for its size. The appropriate resolution was passed at the general meeting on 19 December 2013 and each existing share of 50 pence was reclassified into 100 shares of 0.5 pence each.

FOR THE 6 MONTH PERIOD ENDED 30 APRIL 2008

Turnover was £355,418 for the half year to 30 April 2008, as compared with
£346,722 for the same period last year. This has resulted in a pre-tax loss of
£416 as against a loss of £19,437 for the same period last year.

Despite a small rise in turnover in the first half of the year and a reduced
loss as compared with the first half of 2006/07, trading conditions are
difficult and your Directors remain caution for the second half of the year.
