I heard we are getting close to the line, so might hear something this month. Wouldn’t be surprised if they gave up, might be trying to do the impossible. The Kanabo guys must be thinking it’s impossible to get anything done in this country and try listing elsewhere. Been a long time

switched to a different browser and is fine except a warning 'unsecure' and don't input any personal info.. perhaps they haven't paid some fee or other for the website as will hopefully be redundant or updated soon..

Agreed, I have traded these, probably should have held longer. It’s been a frustrating 18 months, wondering if they will get the deal done.

It’s a great shame that the authorities have held the transaction up for so long. We could have made a lot of progress in that time. Hopefully back for September

I still think this company has huge potential. Will be interesting to see where the share price goes, most people will hold onto their shares.

It sounds like we are just waiting for the FCA to rubber stamp the application, and then we can proceed. It could be next week, or as you say in a couple of months, who can tell?

Spinnaker confirms that, regarding the acquisition of Kanabo Research Ltd ("Kanabo") and the admission of the enlarged group to trading on the London Stock Exchange, it continues to await confirmation of the overall listing requirements for cannabis-related companies by the appropriate UK regulatory bodies.

A Share Purchase Agreement for the transaction was executed on 2 December 2019 and the Company has been substantially ready to proceed since then.
