probably better an issue to the target Company, that way some share lock ins would normally apply

edit.. and possibly cause a scramble for shares in the market

It certainly looks as though they are entering the “ cannabis market”.The share price has been “ managed” over the last 6 weeks so I wouldn’t be surprised to see a “ raise “ at 5p and/or the issuance of shares priced at this level to fund the acquisition.

Yes, I was thinking about going over but didn't want a TR1. I was surprised to find a board where anyone was talking about SOP, it is under the radar. It will be interesting to see what happens with an announcement, I would think they might have to suspend.

200k and 300k buys at 5p now showing for yesterdays trades... Im hoping that as the new broker placed shares at 5p to their clients, any new fund raise will be above (or at) the 5p mark.

Pilot.I know somebody who works in the industry.His company are to seek a listing shortly.This is the type of company that could reverse into Spinnaker..
