02/12/2017 01:45 | Mkt cap is about £2.071 million, Cash is around $3.6 million Aussie dolRs, which equates to around £2 million (rate is currently 1.77, so its 3.6/1.77 So, mkt cap around it’s cash balance at moment. But, tightly held stock, any pull back will quickly get bought up. Also, whilst it is speculation, Paul Johnson has been building a 7.22% stake, at various levels between mid 4’s to 7’s, which has to be at least £60k worth or thereabouts, i’d Be pretty sure that PJ will be an active shareholder. Given that the SRO board are looking for new opportunities I think in the resources sector, with Pj’s contacts, it’s not hard to imagine that conversations around future business strategy might be occurring.... So I don’t think we’ll have long to wait to see some sort of activity. With £2 mill in cash, I imagine they could pick up some nice licences and/or working interests in the mineral resources sector... L. | lazygun

31/10/2017 09:58 | OMG, this is from Nov 2012, 5 years ago what a terrible track record "Other Business Opportunities The Company continues to evaluate numerous alternative natural resources projects. Several alternative oil &/or gas projects were reviewed during the year but none were found to meet the necessary economic requirements of the Company" | euclid5

31/10/2017 09:47 | Real professionals would of being able to find some very good undervalued assets within 1 year. They didn't need to look at 100 opportunities, if they knew what they are doing Can't they do this themselves, obviously not skilled enough! "actively scour the world using their industry relationships" so they are now looking into the hard rock mining sector, lets hope they don't get sold a pup! "The focus of the Company now firmly lies in the hard rock mining sector where supply shortages are becoming more pronounced" Below was in Dec 2014 - 3 years & s/holders are still waiting !! "The Company has continued to keep its running costs to a minimum while reviewing possible new projects. A number have been considered during the year but have so far not met requirements." | euclid5
30/10/2017 17:11 | Depends Euclid. You have no clue about what parameters they have set when evaluating prospects for a start.... L | lazygun
30/10/2017 16:14 | This is a very poor response from the BoD's- can't be good at evaluating prospects then can they, & they should of been experienced enough to find a few very undervalued assets - a bad workman blames his tools "Despite evaluating over 100 acquisition opportunities, none met the parameters set by the Company. The directors continue to actively scour the world using their industry relationships to discover the Company's next acquisition knowing the difficulty even this strategic pathway entails." | euclid5
