Mkt cap is about £2.071 million,

Cash is around $3.6 million Aussie dolRs, which equates to around £2 million (rate is currently 1.77, so its 3.6/1.77

So, mkt cap around it’s cash balance at moment.

But, tightly held stock, any pull back will quickly get bought up.

Also, whilst it is speculation, Paul Johnson has been building a 7.22% stake, at various levels between mid 4’s to 7’s, which has to be at least £60k worth or thereabouts, i’d Be pretty sure that PJ will be an active shareholder. Given that the SRO board are looking for new opportunities I think in the resources sector, with Pj’s contacts, it’s not hard to imagine that conversations around future business strategy might be occurring....

So I don’t think we’ll have long to wait to see some sort of activity.

With £2 mill in cash, I imagine they could pick up some nice licences and/or working interests in the mineral resources sector...

"Locked in a lobster pot" (238 above) is funny and a great and accurate metaphor.

OMG, this is from Nov 2012, 5 years ago

what a terrible track record

"Other Business Opportunities

The Company continues to evaluate numerous alternative natural resources projects. Several alternative oil &/or gas projects were reviewed during the year but none were found to meet the necessary economic requirements of the Company"

why does't the co state to s/holders exactly what their requirements are then

Real professionals would of being able to find some very good undervalued assets within 1 year.

They didn't need to look at 100 opportunities, if they knew what they are doing

Can't they do this themselves, obviously not skilled enough!

"actively scour the world using their industry relationships"

so they are now looking into the hard rock mining sector, lets hope they don't get sold a pup!

"The focus of the Company now firmly lies in the hard rock mining sector where supply shortages are becoming more pronounced"

Below was in Dec 2014 - 3 years & s/holders are still waiting !!

"The Company has continued to keep its running costs to a minimum while reviewing possible new projects. A number have been considered during the year but have so far not met requirements."

Depends Euclid. You have no clue about what parameters they have set when evaluating prospects for a start....

This is a very poor response from the BoD's- can't be good at evaluating prospects then can they, & they should of been experienced enough to find a few very undervalued assets - a bad workman blames his tools

"Despite evaluating over 100 acquisition opportunities, none met the parameters set by the Company. The directors continue to actively scour the world using their industry relationships to discover the Company's next acquisition knowing the difficulty even this strategic pathway entails."

Dan Levi,

Just wasted 30 seconds of my life that i’ll Never get back, reading the utter tripe on your guerilla investing “article”; (hahaha). Little or no factual content, just a page of vitriol and what I can only conclude is a poorly and thinly veiled personal dislike/hatred of mr p.

Happy to see someone highlight this share price manipulation and truly hope nobody gets locked inside this lobster pot. I know for a fact the company are not happy with his antics on Twitter and Dominic Morley has already warned him on numerous occasions.

The dip buyer with 2 lots of 75k seems more switched on, snapping up shares when they're on sale.

Lots of one day losers in the trades today.

No. of shares - bought price yesterday - sold price today

25,305 - 7.88 - 6.6
4,654 - 7.95 - 6.02
52,158 - 7.645 - 6.35
25,305 - 7.88 - 6.6
55,119 - 7.79 - 6.52
6,759 - 7.8 - 7.06
22,033 - 7.45 - 7.2
32,150 - 8 - 7.2

The spike up and down is exaggerated by all those who chased it yesterday then dumped with a loss today.

That's £2.1 million in cash vs just £1.5m of a market cap. Great value prospect here.
