13/12/2018 08:10 | How many fruitless years - And the cash pile has got smaller and smaller - Once gone they may look for something - | tomboyb
13/12/2018 08:02 | The true value must be under one million now. It has been another fruitless year in the attempt to acquire a significant and value enhancing asset for the Company. Can we guess who this is directed at?... “Your directors have no interest in acquiring any asset which may provide market excitement but will inevitably lead to disappointment and financial loss.” | playful
13/12/2018 07:43 | Any point to this company - Non except wages - Like a DHSS - | tomboyb
06/9/2018 22:15 | Big drop coming here as whispers in the wind tell me PJ & Michelle must admit to their diminishing holding otherwise AIM regulation will be asking questions. Notice he is desperately banging the drum on Twitter whilst attempting to escape his lobster pot... 4/9 12:16 Holding 9%+ #SRO - mkt cap less than cash at bank & enormous oz lignite resource. Watch that one closely. Mkt cap £1.3m 25m shares in issue! Playing a dangerous game dear boy it’s time to admit your current holding and face the consequences. Let’s see a current date attributed to your holding. Worth a read... You could learn a thing from Kavi who just sat and waited patiently for that greater fool without any ramping whatsoever. | playful
18/7/2018 21:20 | Japan’s Kawasaki Heavy Industries has teamed up with the Australian government to lead a A$500m ($388m) project to turn coal into liquid hydrogen, in what it has described as one of the world’s first attempts to commercialise the technology. The pilot project aims to generate “green energy” for use in cars, electricity generation and industry in Japan from one of the dirtiest fuels, brown coal. It involves converting coal to hydrogen at a power plant in the Latrobe Valley — a region in Australia with some of the world’s most abundant supplies of the fossil fuel, which is also called lignite. Looks like tech has caught up with lignite and SRO has 200 Mbls equivalent FYB | zebbo
12/7/2018 20:13 | Waking up.........deal coming v soooooooooon | zebbo
15/5/2018 19:36 | Also said it was a sell from highs and 9p. Probably people selling at a loss. | baz9707
15/5/2018 19:34 | Zebbo I am watching but see it going sub 1m mkt cap before any interest again. PJ Is locked in at the moment I see it getting ramped up when he gets access to his shares again. Might get in then. Good luck though and if you are in now hope it comes good for you. | baz9707
15/5/2018 18:42 | All quiet, great time to stake build.......which is going well. Corp activity due soon | zebbo
23/2/2018 19:43 | Not been in this for a while did have over 2% @ 4p. Now have it as a sell. Board no I interest. | baz9707
22/2/2018 17:08 | Na directors via Keynes Capital will eventually eat all the money and company will evaporate | ringostar
20/2/2018 10:37 | They can always farm into Corallian Energy's oil assets with the cash balance they hold. hxxp://www.corallian | euclid5
20/2/2018 08:13 | Absolutely nothing has changed since this company was valued at £800K… Its still a monumental task to do anything here! Those shareholder funds are disappearing and clearly no justification for the current market cap. | playful
29/12/2017 23:05 | 21So, put a vote on Twitter with some business sectors on just to see what people would most like to see SRO look Into during 2018. I picked the following sectors; (obviously there are many others, but these seem to be in vogue at present) 1) stay in oil and gas 2) fintech - blockchain type development 3) fintech - crypto currency (ie miniing) 4) mineral resources - EV related ( ie. copper cobalt, lithium, nickel Link is here hopefully If you fell like adding your vote, or commenting, feel free Predictably, fintech blockchain is leading the way, closely followed by EV mineral resource development, But, will it stay that way? 07/12/2017 02:25 | In fact, looking at your posts playful, it’s just drivel. = filtered L. | lazygun
07/12/2017 02:24 | Lol - tiny, 9.8% Lol, he’s one of the largest shareholders now.... I think that will be more than enough to get a foot in the door... And of course he can get out with profit. He got the bulk of his stake around the mid 4’s to 6’s - PJ been accumulating since summer - check the rns’s, and the stock prices at the same time. He is well in profit, but I still think that will be a tiny profit, compared to what we are likely to see in the 6-12 months -just mopinion of course. I certainly wouldn’t want to encourage anyone to buy or sell stock in this company. L. | lazygun
07/12/2017 02:19 | Playful, Just because other people aren’t registered at above 3% of the company, doesn’t mean that there aren’t other investors involved now, who may well be allied to PJ, or at least share common interest, in seeing the company do something with it’s cash pile... From stuff I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure that there are others...... L. | lazygun
07/12/2017 02:16 | I haven’t said that PJ will for anything. But, I am sure that given the size of his holding, he will be talking to the BoD to find out what their intentions are, and given PJ’s current directorships, and network of contacts, it wouldn’t surprise me if PJ put the BoD together with other people on the resource space.... We could even have the possibility of another mgt coup attempt. Oust current board, put new people in, develop a new business strategy, and implement. It wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened.... but, you can be pretty certain, PJ is not going to be a passive investor.... L | lazygun
06/12/2017 15:10 | No doubt he has booked a couple of tickets for their AGM in Australia. You don’t take a 10% stake in a company just to be a passive investor... Unfortunately, you have no choice as without 30% or support from other large stakeholders you remain a whisper in the wind. You will receive lip service but nothing more to your so called ideas. Nor I think would he be looking to exit now with just a 100% or so profit. He can’t get out with any profit whatsoever that’s why it’s a lobster pot There will I reckon, as I’ve said before, be one or two things that are likely to happen in the near term; What will be the catalyst? Certainly not PJ’s tiny-tiny 9.8%! Hardly gets him in the door never mind a chair at the table. | playful
06/12/2017 15:01 | How is PJ going to force anything to happen here when the company is registered in Bermuda and shareholder rights are nonexistent? | clemo69
06/12/2017 13:26 | Definitely orchestralis, Pj been buying on market between mid 4’s to mid 7’s. I’d still speculate that pj has ideas about what Sro could get involved with, and I’d also speculate that he’d be quite vocal about it to the BoD. You don’t take a 10% stake in a company just to be a passive investor... Nor I think would he be looking to exit now with just a 100% or so profit. It would be immediately obvious since it would have to be rns’ed due to the size of the holdings... There will I reckon, as I’ve said before, be one or two things that are likely to happen in the near term; 1) Placing RNS, 2) and/or egm to install new directors 3) business strategy update, - acquisition, or rto or something similar Think it will be a question of if, not when... L. 2) | lazygun
06/12/2017 12:16 | I suspect PJ is still in profit at this level | orchestralis
06/12/2017 11:00 | Sad situation for some that followed him, but I did flag this up on numerous occasions... playful 30 Sep '17 - 20:17 - 220 of 279 0 0 Edit PJ's stake building doesn't amount to a pile of beans, come December you'll see the usual statement. Anything newsworthy would have been released already. They are simply too busy with Griffin & SRO is a rewarding side show where nothing happens. playful 23 Oct '17 - 21:20 - 234 of 276 1 0 Edit Chuckles from within SRO and down we go once we see that all important December statement, poor old PJ he’s been warned about his Twitter nonsense before but can’t help himself... Welcome to the SRO lobster pot! | playful
06/12/2017 10:45 | PJ probably has a motive | orchestralis
06/12/2017 10:44 | Stick to being a #CON man Johnson | the stigologist |
