Playful why not be positive then and leave them until it does material rise.
You should sell of you think that it is over valued and buy back in lower.

Oh yes I do have shares here and have for many years but think the current valuation has got ahead of itself and if they suddenly announce something I'll be as happy as the next man.

I just think it's only fair to point out the company have done absolutely nothing for 5 years and you need to ask the question what's changed?

Try phoning them...I'll point you in the right direction it's the Griffin phone number you'll need.

Playful do you have any shares or just warning people not to invest in a debt free company with 2m in the bank.

Playful you say unsustainable.
Just look at some of the valuations of company's with debt and hardly any assets needing placing to stay afloat.
This is safe and they will have a project and I reckon the sector is ripe.

#SRO cash end of year 3.4 mill AUD, estimated cash at license end Sept 17, 3.2 mill AUD-£1.84 mill. MC £2.01 mill

Above comments from twitter today and I'd agree current mkt cap is unsustainable so don't chase as when the music stops the liquidity works just as fast in the opposite direction.

Absolutely no insider buying and Griffin sold out completely and what do they share? Answers on a postcard and you might win a Blue Peter badge.

Have a look what their auditors said about the book value of those deposits

Just been doing some research on lignite and there seems to be a big interest in this commodity all of a sudden. Has the Lignite deposit suddenly become feasible. If so that would add multiples to the share price. I believe it is on books at about £3.5m however that is at a very basic value. If it was actually mineable it would be worth much more than that.

The focus of the Company now firmly lies in the hard rock mining sector where supply shortages are becoming more pronounced. Despite evaluating over 100 acquisition opportunities, none met the parameters set by the Company.

The directors continue to actively scour the world using their industry relationships to discover the Company's next acquisition knowing the difficulty even this strategic pathway entails."

They have been looking for many years and in their own words the search continues to be a struggle on a Himalayan scale.

Yes, we've needed the patience of a saint but don't be surprised to see a company statement issued along the lines...We know of no reason for the share price movement.
