Warren may have a few enemies, but he seems to be spot on when it comes to predicting and arranging fights.

Yes the author of the thread may not be someone I follow for my advice, this time neither. I feel that the share has got quite a way to go.

There are other companies that may or not be more superior, for that reason my total holding is not in sop. I would be upset to loose the money but I will manage.

I have tech shares, pharmacy and also this one. My portfollio is quite fairly balanced in all sectors

I wish you all the best with your SOP investment, but I still think anybody who invests in a company run by Warren needs their head examining. The chart confirms my view!

Just look around you, there are hundreds, naye, thousands of far superior companies to invest in.

...and a thread started by 'Dr Death' (one of the worst tipsters in stock market history, imho) is reason enough to avoid SOP like the plague.

LOL!

...like Ricky hasn't already fought a unification fight after Warren tried to get an injuncture to stop him! So that RNS just confirms what we already know; FW never had any chance of stopping Ricky fighting.

Warren never had a chance of getting an injunction and probably has no chance of compensation because he claims Ricky made a verbal agreement with him....which is almost impossible to prove in the courts.

Warren should get over his bruised ego and stop destroying shareholder value by wasting money on these claims.

...but, then again, what serious investor would invest in a company run by a total scally who's already been the victim of attempted murder because of his 'murky' business dealings!

Sop have just started trading with a 100% shareholding of sports network (it was 24-26% and called sports and leisure) so there is only one year to compare aginst.

Since then sop:-

have become alot bigger, boxing seems to be growing at an unusual pace,(look at the new argos cat, a few pages devoted to boxing, first time ever).

Hatton saga will reduce overheads, yes he was good for sop but sop have managed without him and he was expensive, unlike khan...

Look at traffic to frankwarren.tv with alexa, gone leaps and bounds.

Paid membership to fw.tv, which 2 months ago was standing at 9,000.
selling dvds, videos pictures and even advertising for different companies that didnt exist last year.

(read the broker report in the header, sop are doing all the right things to make money)

Do I think we will see a profit, yes, but minimal. I think the money is to be in this current year.

From the interims:

Some sensible comments...

Apart from last year, SOP have released results in Feb in some years..(and that's when results have been only slightly reasonable!)

Can't see how SOP could have made any money..operating /exceptional costs would have been too high.

Don't be fooled by the tick up in the current share price .. they are drawing people in...something else is going to happen and new buyers will be stuffed as well...the share price trend is well and truely down 1p-1.5p is on the cards.

Of course, I hope I'm wrong and the opposite is true.... but can't see that happening !... :(

What do you think, that 900k was a buy or delayed sell. I hope it was a sell because if it went up it means that Hoodless have finally manage to get rid off their clients shares.

Ok numptys let me explain a few things :

1/ SOP is not a sports agent it is a promotional company.It will not see a penny of the Chilli KOn Khan Reebok deal.

2/ If a fight is cancelled there are many costs outlayed that will hit the bottom line.

3/ Why have SOP not announced there results.Why is it taking them so long ?

Any game can get cancelled. A few weeks ago the newcastle football match was cancelled a 1/4 hour before kick off. Thats sport, when relying on humans, errors can happen. Maybe in a few years time sop will have robots punching each other out, then everything will go according to scheduale. Until such a time, being invested in sop, means understanding things go wrong.

I couldnt get an answer for the reebok contract. But I do thin that amir got his £1m and a good chunk of the revenue would still go to sop, with a sweetened carrot to khan.

FW is not wet behind the ears, I'm sure he will have a piece of the Reebok action, Sports Agents always get a percentage of everything going from everyone on their books which is one of the reasons so many lawsuits fly around in their world.

BTW I see someone had to pay 2.2p today to grab a qtr mill, doesn't take very much at all to swing this one either way..
