Looking very firm following yesterday's step-up - looks like we have sufficient momentum to broach 100p before long. It'd be nice if we had news to help do it in style and by sufficient margin to develop support there.

yes - that would put us at about 106p on 12x earnings. But of course the key here is the prospect of additional funds - which would add plenty of vim imho

Indeed it would be an achievement - however, even at current prices this would remain good value if the EPS 19p couldn't be achieved by then.

Not trying to deflate this but estimated eps for 2007 according to Charles Stewart Securities is 8.9p. It would be quite something to get it up to 19p in 2008. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying the ride.

Thanks for the info. If - as someone posted here a little while ago - EK is anywhere near correct in his prediction of eps reaching 19p in a couple of years' time, this share could prove very fruitful in the coming months.

Very small bit in todays FT which says.... amid talk of goodnews to come from the property investment manager the share firmed up 0.9%.
