27/3/2010 11:21 | That was a shocker,I only bought into these a few weeks ago.Let hope someone trys to bid for them at more than 7p. | johnyee 7
27/3/2010 08:21 | one million to shaft the shareholders and they have to borrow it!! | battlebus
26/3/2010 20:22 | Sj well seen lord young left the board and left the rest to shaft the shareholders. A delisting was not necessary.May not sell my shares if workers who own between them 2 million can keep theirs why not others! Will have to check the legal circumstances with my solicitor on monday. | battlebus
26/3/2010 19:46 | I agree More spin in the interims and the delisting doc than Darling's Budget! No chance that this is about saving admin costs. Every chance it's a management buyout on the cheap. Like you BB I will make a small profit but most won't and that is a disgrace as it is clear from recent results and prospects going forward that these are worth significantly more than 7p. SJ | sailing john
26/3/2010 19:32 | Absolute disgrace sorry just in and shocked to see a delisting at 7p!!! What about the shareholders who bought at 20/30p. I'm lucky that i will still make a profit.and proves my view that you must average down on AIM stocks. This explains the small spread over the last month as they kept the shares lower than 7p. Not even a chance this won't go through with 60% majority shareholders. Nice timing as the company begins to show some substance, as for the results i won't bother to read them all their words of shareholder value at AGM's were worthless. The rest of what i have to say would be removed so i'll save them the bother. | battlebus
26/3/2010 17:06 | What to do? Stick or fold! | sailing john
25/3/2010 23:21 | Off topic Outsider, I remember you as a value investor from OFEX days. While we're awaiting the results from SIN I'd appreciate an opinion on CMG. They seem to have turned a corner but still not widely known. | melton john
24/3/2010 13:22 | You can still sell 25000 at 5.85 even after 100k of sells. | battlebus
24/3/2010 13:16 | Someone selling a few this am. | battlebus
24/3/2010 03:22 | results next wednesday I presume | outsider
22/3/2010 19:13 | Not quite Outsider 9600 a penny. Wouldn't buy a new car prefer my holidays more. Got three weeks in a top hotel in Florida out of YCO last week hope this rises at the same rate! | battlebus
22/3/2010 10:13 | 1 million shares battlebus, so you must be on over 10,000 GBP each penny up or down......lets hope we get circa 10p after results, that could be worth a couple of nice new cars to you! | outsider
19/3/2010 14:16 | amazingly i have 2 shares on p/e of about 2 the other being Carbondesk on PLUS it has no debt, and smashed its forecast by about 3 fold at interims....forgive the plug!! | outsider
19/3/2010 14:08 | Yes i see these as key results and lets hope for some helpful financial info on recent events. | battlebus
19/3/2010 14:05 | I think results are key to how quick we acheive it. | outsider
19/3/2010 13:54 | Outsider we will get back to that level it's just a matter of time which might take longer than some think as long term holders will know. | battlebus
19/3/2010 13:51 | for me a pe of about 5 should be about right reflecting debt etc, so for me a double in share price from here to about 12p is fair. results in 11 days. | outsider
19/3/2010 10:26 | can now get over 6p for your shares up from 5.75 yesterday. | johnyee 7
19/3/2010 07:15 | per reflects the debt....wifi is still growing mobile alway been a threat but is everyone comfortable with a tiny screen? I too have had cocerns about debt, but last accounts reflect a lot of debt removed trend going strongly in the right direction. Contracts last usually 5 or 7 years, and spectrum have excellent relationship with baa noth guaranteed of course, but good service and fair profit share counts for a lot. On the whole is p/e of 2.7 fair or mean or generous, condsidering the above? Everyone can make their own choice I guess. | outsider
18/3/2010 16:03 | > Melton John - re your 22 Feb'10 - 17:23 - 345 of 364 in SIG "Hi Pugugly you might like to take a look at SIN. Mkt cap 1.9m share price breaking out. Seems to have a good future" Just had a quick look and initial thoughts are :- Interesting but niche business very liable to erosion of estate by advances in mobile phone (internet enabled) technology and more general spread of network wifi availability. Forward per at 2.77 looks very good but debt at some £4 million inc lease debt is a concern as debt just over double market cap and no dividends in sight. Also looks as though very dependent on BAA for main revenue streams (could be a problem if BAA plays hardball over contract renewals) . | pugugly
18/3/2010 11:40 | I think results should be out soon if they follow previous years dates. | johnyee 7
17/3/2010 09:53 | Spectrum is key supplier of Mobotix security solutions in the UK & Ireland. Spectrum extends its offering of complementary products and services to marinas in the UK & Ireland with the supply of ruggedised security products from Mobotix, a leading international manufacturer of digital, high-resolution and network-based complete video security systems. These higher resolution cameras are able to capture larger images than conventional cameras, therefore fewer cameras are required and costs are reduced. Furthermore, the cameras do not require lens or positioning motors; without these moving parts, the cameras are so robust that maintenance and associated cost is reduced to a minimum. The most important USP of the Mobotix solution is that, when used in conjunction with the spectrum wireless network, the cameras can be installed anywhere in the marina where power is available. Even on external jetties/ pontoons. | outsider
